Steve was great- he delivered WAY more than he promised. How often does that happen? We have had fosters (dogs) through the house, almost constantly, for the last couple of years. When our machine broke, we called in the professional. We are very glad we called Green Steam. We will be using from now on. (PS - we made it 24 hours before dog vomit inaugurated the carpet).
