The ambiance was nice and the bedding looked super soft....it actually was super soft and cozy. We briefly went over the first time customer questionnaire and service offerings~I ended up getting the deep cleansing facial for $100 but was ok adding on an aqua facial for $10 (she felt I didn't need it so talked me out of it). Her pricing was decent~no frills at all and she seems honest~not the type that upsells you. Facial started with some salicylic acid application and exfoliation stuff...facial massages...extractions which she does purely by hand (I was super impressed with how good she was) and some other random stuff. Had some random talks with her during the facial and discovered we both like food and we're similar in age...so it was another plus. I must've dozed off at some point bc when it ended I was NOT READY to leave that cozy bedding......at the very end, I got a cup of hot quince tea which tied everything nicely together. Overall a very soothing session. I'll def be going back~I'm just still stuck on my current facial lady but whenever shes busy or if she suddenly retires, Chloe will be my go to.
