Here for facial the second time! Right now (as of writing the review), they having promotion $80 facial for 90 minutes. Before the treatment, you can also get 30 minutes consultation. My experience was much better than the first time. Not sure my therapist she saw my review last time but the weight of the massage this time was just right for me and I felt comfortable during the treatment. Came here initially cause I just wanted some Botox on my DAO muscle to help with my downturned mouth and they pressured me to get fillers in my cheeks and tear trough cause they said this would help lift my face and help with the downturned corners of my mouth but it did absolutely nothing and I spent over 2k+ to look the same, not fix my initial concern, and gave me the worst bruising for over a week and a half cause the injector was not soft with her technique. Everyone I spoke with here was super salesy, pushy and didn't listen to my concerns. The injector also injected super close to my eye which after my appt I realized is probably not safe unless you go to an actual doctor who knows what they're doing cause you can possibly lose your vision. The injector didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My under eyes are now bumpy 2 months later. This was my first experience with injectables and honestly quite disappointed. After a bad experience, I was given a complimentary hydrofacial redo. The experience was better,it was quiet where I actually got to relax. The aesthetician used tools on my face that the previous tech did not (such as red and blue light). I was actually given a proper 10 minute hydro facial portion of the facial. The technician actually asked me how I would like my impurities extracted, whether by tool or a machine. I choose the machine option, as that didn't hurt (compared to my last experience where it hurt like crazy). I will say that the massage portion was not as good as my last. It was too too soft of a massage that I barely felt anything on my face/head/hands. Another note, the high frequency wand was not used on this facial. I gave a star off for the inconsistency of the facials. Different tools used/ not used. The aestheticians should be trained to provide the same service for the same exact facial, so customers don't feel gypped of their services paid for. read more
