Final Review for Medspa DeLuxe LA - West Covina & Rancho Cucamonga Locations I had one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I've ever encountered at Medspa DeLuxe LA. I initially visited their West Covina location for Botox injections, they recommended 38 unit and I told the nurse which is I don't need to add more. and she told me you we received the result in 3 to 5 days.and they scheduled for a follow-up 10 days later. Unfortunately, I saw no results at all and i calld the West Covina location. to tell them that absolutely no change.i went there in 10 days and the The manager her name Sara, called me and she told me I will see you after you turning 15 days, which is I don't know why they schedule me . I feel they keeping me back-and-forth drive too much they don't care of that. i went after more the 15 day with sam thing no result., I met with Sarah,and the other lady the one she gave me the injection. who handled everything poorly and unprofessionally. She continuously gave excuses, failed to take accountability, and after evaluating me, she confirmed that the first injection had no effect whatsoever. Then she told me I needed to receive 26 more units of Botox to see any result--this was deeply concerning, especially because I believe I should have received the correct dose from the beginning. I felt misled and worried about the safety of over-injection. When I requested a refund for the treatment that clearly didn't work, Sarah rudely told my husband, "The product is already on her face," which I found incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. She also attempted to hide my before-and-after photos, refused to engage in a professional conversation, and treated me with sarcasm and hostility. To my shock, they called the police and reported that there was "a rude Egyptian woman" refusing to leave. , also discriminatory and humiliating. I calmly explained my issue and was treated as if I was causing a scene--when all I wanted was fair treatment or a proper resolution. I visited their West Covina office twice, and they also sent me to their Rancho Cucamonga location to "fix" the issue--wasting more of my time, gas, and energy. Does trying to solve a problem make me "rude"? Their friendly attitude only lasts until you express dissatisfaction. After that, the professionalism vanishes. They put on a show at first, but behind that is a lack of ethics, skill, and transparency. For example, I asked to see the expiration date on the product vial, but Sarah turned the bottle away so I couldn't read it. This made me question the legitimacy and safety of what was being injected into my face. I will be pursuing legal action against this place to hold them accountable for how they treated me. I will also be sharing my experience and posting photos across social media platforms to warn other women about this disgusting and unprofessional clinic. No one deserves to be treated the way I was, and I will not stay silent. People deserve to know the truth. They are very rude people. . Please be cautious and do not trust appearances. What you see at first is not what you get. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking safe, respectful, and effective cosmetic treatment.

I first met with Odette for my evaluation, and she totally got me. Every tiny concern, every what if? in my head. Keep in mind, I'd never done any treatment before, so I was equal parts excited and terrified coming in. Odette guided me through all of my emotions during Morpheus. I laughed, cried, questioned my life choices, and maybe even had a tiny existential crisis . The overall results for me were amazing, but not exactly a walk in the park, a little discomfort , and patience is required. The results come gradually, but TRUST ME its soooo worth it. Gayana handled my remaining botox and chin filler. My chin is officially living its best life. I loved how she respected my no lip filler rule without making me feel bad with zero pressure, zero judgment, and zero FOMO. Update: I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which was resolved in my favor. I am also in contact with the appropriate board regarding both the medical director and the nurse practitioner who co-runs this company. In my experience, my safety concerns were not addressed, and I found their responses to be dismissive and dishonest. I encourage anyone who has had similar concerns to report them through the proper channels. Based on my experience, this practice operates in an unsafe and unprofessional manner, and customer service is nonexistent. Run far away from this place. read more

I've been coming here for almost two years now and I absolutely love this place! I visit every 1-3 months for a DiamondGlow facial with the best esthetician ever , Samantha. Not only are medical-grade products used, but Samantha's facial massage technique is incredible and truly sculpts your jawline. It's always such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I also just completed my second microneedling session with PRP, and I'm so impressed with the progress from my first treatment , the before and after photos speak for themselves. Odette RN, performed my treatment this time, and she was fantastic. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free while thoroughly explaining everything. Shoutout to the front desk receptionist as well . she's always warm and welcoming! This med spa helped prep my skin for for my wedding 1 year in advance and it was all worth it! The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes time to answer my questions. Highly recommend this med spa! read more

Hi Sara, I'm responding to your comment on my review since I'm not able to reply. Your comment is inaccurate. 1. I have not changed my review several times. I deleted my original review so you could give me my $100 deposit back for services I never received due to Gayana botching her own botox and canceling my appointment morning of (an appointment I had made months in advance) 2. I added my review back mentioning the SAME services originally posted about not because I want to bring a small business down, but because I don't want anyone to go through the same stress, and disappointment that this business has put me through and clearly still continues to put me through. After taking my money and not providing my services and then harassing me about refunding my deposit and now commenting inaccuracies on my yelp review it is clear that your business has no integrity and thus another reason to never do business here. read more

Highly Recommend: The Best Facial and Massage Combination! I just had the most fantastic facial, and I can't recommend Samantha highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Samantha was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable. She is also genuinely informative. Before starting, she took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was choosing certain products, and gave me great advice on how to care for my skin afterward. I left feeling educated, which is a huge bonus. But the real highlight of the experience was the massage included with the facial. Seriously--it was the best massage I have ever received during a skincare treatment. Samantha has truly magical hands; she focused on my neck and shoulders, and it melted away all my tension. It took the entire session from a routine treatment to a luxurious, therapeutic experience. My skin looks and feels radiant, but the whole session was worth it just for the relaxation. I cannot recommend this place enough. Here are the important points: - cleanliness: from the entryway to the treatment rooms, everything is beautiful and clean. You can tell from the minute you walk in that they take a lot of pride in their business. - the consultation: this was by far the best consult I've ever had. First off Gayana is so kind, professional, and welcoming. She got very clear on my goals, treatment history, and took so much time and care to explain everything to me, answer any questions, and made me feel so comfortable. It felt like talking to a friend. The treatment: Gayana took me to a treatment room, told me exactly what to expect, numbed me & then we proceeded. I am a HUGE wimp about needles and she was SO NICE. This stands out to me so much bc I always feel the need to apologize 1000 times and she continually reassured me that I was doing great and not to apologize. Her patience & attitude were so important to me and are one of the big reasons I'll be coming back in the future. - results: I LOVE my results. She did such a fantastic job and clearly has a ton of experience bc she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Like I couldn't have photoshopped a better outcome. She was very clear about aftercare & made sure I knew what I was supposed to do at home. Follow up: I've gotten injections several times before at OTHER medspas. Never once have I been asked to follow up so they can make tweaks if anything is off. I think this is so valuable and important & shows me that they actually CARE about their client's satisfaction & NOT that they're just trying to cram as many patients into their schedule as possible. TL/DR: Clean & welcoming space, friendly, highly competent & professional staff, fantastic thorough consultation, prioritizes patient experience, incredible results, & great aftercare. I was greeted immediately when I entered, and the patient care coordinator was very friendly and helpful. I was seen on time for my appointment. I saw Odette, she answered all my questions, and she was very patient with the consultation. She was informative and transparent. It was probably the best consultation I've had at a medspa. I went for Botox as my main concern but she also covered all my questions regarding micro needling and other treatments. The office was clean, quiet and cozy. I'm glad I came across this local medspa and I look forward to continuing treatment with them. read more

After reading so many good reviews, I decided to come and give it a try. I came here to do chemical peel and it was not what I expected. - Ambiance: Cozy, nice and clean lobby - Staff: they're friendly - Service: I have concern with acne dark spots, and look for chemical peel. They gave me options such as $400, $110, $149. With big price gap, I asked what was the difference, and she said it was different brand, one is more popular than the others, they're all good. So I ended up with $149 ( the book guide she showed the process takes 60 mins). Then I asked, how long is this process, she said it only takes 10-15mins, then I asked it says 60mins on there, she replied:"oh it just estimated 60' included the consultation." Because for other places, they usually do facial ( clean, mask, serum, extraction before they do the peel) So i was like ok, guess it's different here. Then I asked if that peel is strong since I have sensitive skin. Suppose she'd put 3 layers on my skin but after the first layer, my skin reacts since it's too strong, she ended up wipe it off, then moisturizer and sunscreen. The esthetician told me, i'll see difference each time I peel but the front desk tell me i only see difference after 2-3 sessions. So who do I should believe? There goes 10-15' for $149 and not even 3 layers. I would not come back. Other reviews mostly are botox or injection. I should've read more carefully what they're specified for. read more

This is about the third time my mom and I have been coming to Medspa at this location and Sarah and her staff always take such great care of us. We went in thinking just to get some lip filler and perhaps get some to fill the wrinkles in around the marionette lines. Sarah was amazing in telling us of the new advances in medical fillers and what we can do to achieve the look we want. We ended up spending more than anticipated but it was well worth it. Sarah even told us of reward programs they partner with to make it more affordable which was so helpful. Our nurse was Brenda and she was also very kind and explained every step of the way of where she was putting everything and why. We left feeling well taken care of and so happy about the results. I wish I started coming here sooner because I was in good hands with Colleen. I purchased one of their July specials for their VI peel and DiamondGlow treatment to treat my adult acne. I've always struggled with acne and Colleen was thorough when it came to examining my skin. She recommended me treatments that can help with clearing my skin and how to care for it in between sessions. Front desk staff is super awesome and got the best hospitality. Their system is up-to-date when it comes to reminding you when your next appointment is. Everything about this place is awesome and I'm definitely returning for other services they offer! read more

This is a boutque experience, so the treatment is tailored to you and the needs of your face. There are no prices on the facial menu, so you have to ask so you can prep for stickershock. One star because everything started good until i got my lip fillers and my fillers never finished dissolving. I was left with lumps on my lips and took about 4-5months for them to fully dissolve. I had to cancel an appointment that honestly I no longer wanted to get done. (Due to me being highly disappointed with my lip results and wasn't about to risk my whole face with a Morpheus 8 treatment) They told me appointments can't be cancelled and refunded. I did not know that their company does not allow any refunds and everything you buy is non refundable. They said "you should've read the terms and agreement " as if I was going to sit there and read 8+ pages of terms and agreements. I would hope that the employees working there were diligent and actually informed their customers and potential clients that their business is non refundable and no cancellations are allowed only rescheduling appointments. God forbid I change my mind on a treatment and they keep my money and don't want to give it back. It's definitely a mal practice of them and very unethical to not inform their clients of their most important rules. Maybe if they would have mentioned this on my consultation I would have second guess booking the appointment. I had to file a claim with my card company and this merchant has made it nearly impossible for me to get my money back! They are thieves and try to play the nice card but they are actually robbing their clients. The quality of their work did not meet my standards at all for what their treatments are worth. Now I am stuck with minus $1,260 deposit for a service that I never received.I really hope they find some empathy and give me my money back because this has been very draining and exhausting to deal with. Very disappointed specially since this was my first time ever going to a med spa. It's been over 8 months and they still won't take accountability. They told my credit card company that I gave them a hard time and didn't want to work with them but I am just frustrated and upset that as a small business they would steal from their clients.Of course anyone in my position would be upset and not want to work with them anymore. So I do not want a credit for future use I just want my refund. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to get robbed !!! They will use your card without consent and just charge you even if you cancel the appointment. read more

I came in for a facial and was impressed with the array of services offered. There was several different facials to choose from. The esthetician has 20 years of experience. She took her time to examine my skin and make a recommendation customized to meet my needs. Other services are laser resurfacing, waxing, skin tightening, weight loss B12 injections. Botox/fillers and Cool Sculpting. The staff were very friendly and helpful from confirming my appointment to assisting with the medical history forms. I have ongoing appointments for my hair, nails and eyelashes, why have I skipped regular facials?? There isn't any good reason to neglect this important service. Came by this past weekend for a facial and truly enjoyed pampering myself! It was very easy to schedule an appointment, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is very cute and the free coffee/tea is a nice touch. The facial room looks a little outdated but It was clean and I felt comfortable. The esthetician explained everything very thoroughly and gave me a customized facial. I got a microdermabrasion for the first time and my skin looked so clean afterwards! You're in good hands over here at Medspa Deluxe LA. Came in for a Yelp Event that was hosted last month in June, but due to some circumstances I was unable to make it, but they were kind enough to make an exception for me and allowed me to come in July. Making an appointment is super easy: all you do is call and within seconds they will send you a text message with a questionnaire for you to fill out, asking what kind of treatment you are wishing to get and provide them some information about your skin before you come on in, etc.. Days and even a couple weeks before your appointment, they make sure to send out reminder messages about your upcoming appointment which was great. The staff here are very professional and welcoming and the estheticians are highly trained. I opted for an acne facial since I've been suffering from acne ever since middle school and got to say my skin feels great. I've had a few painful facials before elsewhere, but here it was very soothing; nearly fell asleep during my treatment. They also sell some of the products they use here, including travel sized ones. I purchased a travel size zo skin exfoliant which was used during my treatment, and it helps my skin feel very smooth. If you're looking to get a facial or any other treatments, definitely recommend this office! read more

The doctor, Melody Riparip is very professional with her craft and knows exactly what you need even if you didn't come for it! I came to them without an appointment to have a facial done. They were kind of busy, but Prixie the nurse said that she would be able to squeeze me in if I was willing to wait. I said it would be ok as long as it was ok with Dr. Melody. As i waited, I sat in one of their massage chairs having my milk tea boba. I started to dose off. I'm not sure if it was because of the food that I ate or if it was because of the indoor fountain that gave it the right ambiance. As I napped and snored (says the little girl waiting for her mom) my troubles away, Eva, the manager, woke me up and said that it was my turn to get prepped. As I was cleaning up my drool (kidding!) I went into one of the rooms to wash and clean my face. As I waited, Prixie came in and applied a topical anesthesia to numb my face. I had them do it one time without it...I wouldn't recommend it! Anyways, Dr Melody came in and I told her that I would like to have my monthly facial. Extraction here and there with a couple of shots that needed to be shot! She said that I was need of a daimond peel, which was microdermabrasion procedure. She told me the reason for it and I decided for it to be done. If you think she was getting more out of me, she wasn't. My last visit, I went all "metro on her" and I asked for fillings and botox. She laughed at me and told me that I was still too young and that I didn't need any of that except for my monthly facials. Other places would say "yeah, let's do it" even if I didn't need it! So I'm very fortunate for them. My extractions were done and followed by my diamond peel. Dr Melody was very gentle but was rough when she needed to be. Afterwards, Prixie gave my daily regiment of creams and lotions. That completed my monthly visit. MARC clinic is not only a facial clinic, they are also a medical clinic as well. They specailize in family medicine and also have a health and wellness program. So next time you have a fever, come over to MARC Clinic where you can get your antibiotics and botox done in one shot!!! Tell them Danny sent you. Seriously! :-)

I was hoping for a pleasant experience in the hopes to make this one my go to place. I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability and a gentleman answered the phone and said "yes if I can get there asap, they can do manicure and pedicure". I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.

My nails were previously done elsewhere, but they were already almond-shaped and I wanted to maintain that shape. During the filing process, the technician filed very aggressively and actually cut two of my fingers. Despite explaining the shape I wanted, I never got the result I was asking for. The French tips were the biggest disappointment. They looked uneven and already appeared days old despite being freshly done. Throughout the appointment, I respectfully pointed out areas I wanted adjusted, but each correction seemed to make the lines thicker or more uneven. I felt like my feedback wasn't being heard. The appointment took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for a very simple design. As the technician became visibly frustrated, I eventually said the nails were fine because I felt that was the best result I was going to get and I just wanted to leave. When I explained that I needed to go, she still turned the drill back on and started reworking a nail instead of respecting my time. I had to leave to pick up my son from basketball practice, and I shouldn't have had to justify that. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that French tips can be challenging to perfect, but I expected better communication, more attention to detail, and respect for my feedback. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with my nails and wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. I would have preferred a refund so I could have them corrected by another technician.

I cannot stop looking at mysefl! I have tried many medspa's throughtout LA and I have to say this is my favorite by far! Sarah greeted me was very welcoming and throrough with the procedures and made taking before pictures very comfortable. The rest of the staff was really personable as well and attentive, I had a great experience at MedSpa Deluxe! It was my first time getting treated here I Was a bit nervous but Sarah and Guyana made me feel incredibly comfortable, Guyana has a really gentle hand and is such a sweet, reassuring person I really felt safe and relaxed the whole time. For those of you who have something negative to say, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER: *Keeping your appointments *Showing up on time *Communicating your concerns the same day VERSUS yelping about it. OR take yourself somewhere else. If you're upset because you were charged a late fee, then be responsible & cancel within 24 hours to respect the practitioner's time. If you feel that someone was being rude to you address it in the moment, versus waiting & getting upset. Everyone has a bad day. read more

With out going into much detail - I had a not-so-good experience with Botox from a doctor. I decided to go to Med Spa Delux LA in West Covina for any help I could get to help with the situation. I spoke with Sara who was so kind and understanding about my experience. She recommended the Mobias 8 procedure to help disparate the Botox faster. I am happy to say that with in 2 weeks of having it done there was a significant improvement. The Mobias 8 also produced some other added benefits. I came here and got jeuveau for the first time. The best service ever!!! Such great customer service from Vanessa and Naomi, the front office girls, who were amazing. The hospitality was amazing. I am so excited to hear that they are offering PRP now. I heard great things about that treatment. I cant wait to try it. They also have weight loss and nutritional supplements you can buy now. Last week I received a complete facial with all the bells and whistles. Masks,oxygen treatment,extractions,microdermabraison. I felt paying 95.00 was worth it.
