Dr. Reeves then evaluates my condition through a comprehensive exam and diagnostic and clearly explains the procedure he recommends. Before any work is done, Erika discusses all treatment options and costs with numerous payment options to fit my budget. Dr. Reeves is gentle, patient, and compassionate, instantly putting me at ease. He takes the time to explain every step of the process and answers any questions I have. To enhance my comfort, he uses a painless "magic" wand for numbing, ensuring I feel no pain. Additionally, he provides a preventative maintenance plan to help maintain my long-term oral health. I rarely write reviews but I'm honestly appalled at the way this business is running. At my consultation, I was led to believe that you all were confident that I would be a good candidate. At my second appointment, I met with Jenni who immediately talked down on my place of work and proceeded to violate HIPAA by name dropping one of your patients and also talking down on her. Completely unprofessional. She called me the next morning leaving me feeling unsure and weird about the whole thing. She didn't seem confident at all and I felt as if she was telling me to go to another office. She also told me that it would be $9000 for just the Invisalign treatment. I've already been quoted for that elsewhere and this seems ridiculously high for the amount of time that I would need it. There's obviously no issue with funding this type of treatment but when I asked to see a detailed quote I was questioned a few days later via text message by Jordan on why I wanted to see a quote. This seemed bizarre to me. I want to make sure that what I'm getting is fair. I have received a detailed quote at every other office I consulted with. That is the only way I can know exactly what I'm getting and for how much. Seems like a no-brainer to me. That would be the correct way of going about this type of business. I'm very disappointed in the way this entire experience has gone. They will also push how you may not be the "right fit" but I think the individuals working here need to take a look in the mirror. When I started it was intimidating because of the level of service and being on time for each patient was totally different then any dental office I ever worked at. Dr. Strickland and his team live up to the name Beyond Exceptional! He is my dentist and my college-age son is also a patient. He has completely changed my fear of going to the dentist and his work is outstanding. Was told by another dentist that keeping one of my teeth was not an option, but thanks to their commitment to the latest technology, Dr. Strickland not only "saved" that tooth, but ensured my smile was as healthy as possible. That sums it up better than anything else I could say but I still need y'all to know that Dr. Reeves is by far the absolute best listener to my needs/wants, most gentle and trustworthy dentist I've ever been to in my almost 57 years of life! I came to this dental practice after seeing how a friend's smile looked. I had not been to a dentist in a very long time and was very embarrassed by my teeth and smile. My friend insisted I at least call and get a consultation. On the very first visit I cried, but only because no one had ever listened to me about my fear of dentists. I was presented with several options that would address my issues and chose one that fit both my budget and the time line I required. I am currently in a healing phase and can honestly say it is not the most comfortable stage. Dr. Strickland and the team have been so amazing helping guide me in the right direction of what I have always wanted. Which was to be able to eat an apple and feel confident in myself. When you think root canal, you don't generally think of a pleasant experience, but mine was amazing. I had no pain the entire time: zero! Dr Strickland is my dentist and he was very gentle and yet fast. I had the NuCalm system and almost fell asleep. I'm not kidding. I'm leaving the office and feel like I've been at the spa.
