I'm sick of how medical patients are treated nowadays. I've been coming to this location for over 5 years now because of how well they USED to treat their medical patients. We used to have our own room called "club med" we got to pick up our orders from and didn't have to worry about waiting in the long rec lines. When they got rid of the medical room, they made two separate lines in the main area for medical patients and recreational customers and always let medical patients skip ahead before rec patients. Still, that was fine. I would travel the extra 20 minutes just because I didn't have to wait in long lines on days I was in so much pain I could barely keep my head up. Fast forward to now. They got rid of any special privileges for medical patients. Medical patients are now told to wait in the long recreational customers' line now. We don't get to skip ahead and the whole point of coming to a medical facility is to get the medical patient treatment. When I asked why this was changed, the woman behind the counter told me it worked better at the stores up north so they changed it down here too. It allegedly gets more people in and out faster. When I told her I really missed the days when medical patients were actually given a crap about I was told "well you already don't have to pay taxes on your cannabis so you're already ahead of everyone paying recreational prices. That's not how this works. I'm a medical patient because I depend on this medicine like thousands of others to function because of pain relief and it keeps me out of the hospital. This is the first cannabis dispensary I have ever been to that didn't give its medical patients special privileges anymore. The first one that didn't have two separate lines for medical and recreational folks. The ironic part about this is that when I went in today, they didn't have a security guard on duty. The only people they were legally allowed to sell to were medical patients. So you can thank your medical patients for making all of your sales during the time no security guard was present and you guys couldn't sell to rec customers the day before Christmas. Medical patients are what started this all, and it's been so sad to see how we are treated since recreational became legal. Also, this company doesn't even supply raisers for their employee monitors. There's 2 beyond hellos in Sauget, one is medical/rec the other is recreational, yet they treat them both like rec faculties. Makes no sense why both are catering more to rec verses medical. If a rec user doesn't like the med line go to the rec dispensary. The least thing that could be done is go back to 2 separate lines, the next step would be making sure they have a reserve set back for med patients. read more

I've been coming this dispensary for year or so...They've always been friend and fast.

HORRIBLE customer service. Have fun waiting in line for 30 minutes while they have 2 registers open and then have the opportunity to be talked down to by the management team. Instead of trying to figure out any type of solution, they raise their voice and tell you that you are wrong and make you feel less than. I run a business and i can promise this isn't the way to do it. Luckily the demand is so great for weed and the prices here are normally some of the lowest, even in STL, that most people will put up with the awful attitudes and customer service. If you want your order to be consistently wrong, want to wait forever for your order in an empty room or to be chastised for asking why it takes twenty minutes at the window when there are no other customers......THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE! This dispensary is so unorganized! They always get our online orders filled incorrectly. I am a caregiver and I have to pick up the order and each time I have to check the order against the photo my husband has to send me to check their work! DO YOUR JOBS AND GET THE ORDER RIGHT! Also, when it takes twenty minutes of standing and waiting in a room ALONE. I wonder why it is taking so very long. So I ask when the lady who checks me out comes in (because the first lady who packed the order can't do this?) This is the slowest store I've ever dealt with in my life. They have 12 registers but I've never seen more than two in operation at the same time. Be sure to give yourself a good half hour to stand in line to pick up an online order. I'll give them two stars because they do have a good selection of products even if they are frustratingly slow to check out. read more

Do NOT go here unless you like long lines and slow service. Put my order in at 11 am for pickup 12-1. Been doing online orders with this place about once a month since weed was legalized in Missouri. This is the fourth time I've driven 30 miles to pick up an order and go home empty-handed. I get a text confirmation the order was received, later, a text confirmation saying my order is ready, I drive 30 miles and get they can't find it. Every time, they claim I must have sent it to the wrong store. I always use the store I bookmarked, if it was wrong once it would be wrong every time, so their claim it was sent to the wrong store is bs. I always buy the discounted stuff. When they lose my order, they always try to get me to download their app and reorder in-store. WTF is this? Are they deliberately losing my order to trick me into loading their app on my phone? While in town for Thanksgiving my boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to check out a recreational dispensary. Our home state doesn't have this option. Beyond Hello was a pleasant surprise. There was a line but it moved very quickly. They had an ATM on site which was very convenient. Inside was very clean. They had several attendants to assist in selections. They used iPads to help you browse their stock from their webpage. We could have placed an order to pickup but it made a huge difference having a live person to ask questions. The selection was plentiful. They filled the order quickly and the products were top notch. We can't wait for our next trip to Illinois. read more

I recently walked into the store hoping to use my student discount to get basically like 50% off my tax which they do offer. I was doing a combined order with my buddy who had the student ID. When the dude told me he couldn't apply the discount cause the order was in my name I told him to cancel the order and put it in my friends name. NOT FOR OUT OF STATE VETERANS MATTIE AT CHECKOUT made it very clear that they do not care to serve out of state Veterans. I suggested an improvement and I think she was having a bad day. She laid her head on the table as if she was banging it. She was immediately combative so I asked the manager if he could take over. This is when I stopped talking and she kept trying to get me to negatively engage. Now that she had realized her mistake she was trying to get me to raise my voice or make a scene? That's what I was guessing so I kept calm and motioned for a manager. I would just give short answers to try to get through the experience. She finally was relieved and sent to the break room. They attempted a bait and switch by switching the strain to one of that with a similar name with way less content I was looking for, but it was the same price. Trust gone. This place just kinda sucks as a retail business. Super super slow! Like everyone who works here is taking in way too much of the supply. I have visited here 4 weeks in a row, and every visit just got worst. 1st visit came in as a walk-in customer and got out in 15 minutes. The next 3 visits were online "express" order pickups. Every visit got longer, with most recent taking a good 50+ minutes. They have 6 express pickup windows but only bother to pay 1 person to work 1 window. Then after 30+ minutes waiting for my turn, they do NOT have my order waiting for me..... yup. Takes another 10 minutes to get my order.... The employees here are unprofessional, unorganized, and are always screwing things up. Don't even bother with the rewards program here, it is a joke. They will very vaguely tell you what you need to do to sign up- and then act like a total jerk when they forgot to tell you there was something to sign for it to be valid. I ran into this problem last time I was here, and they assured me that everything was fixed and correct and that next time I came in I should have my remaining 1,000 points honored. This was not the case today, they totally went back on what they told me last time and said my rewards account was invalid and that they are not honoring my points. This is what I get for referring a bunch of out of state people to you and spending thousands of dollars. So here's a summary: - they will do what they can to screw over your reward points even when they insisted everything was squared away. - employees are untrained and unprofessional and you will get different information about a topic depending on who you ask. -employees are unorganized, another time I was in they served everyone that ordered after me (because one of their unorganized workers put my order in the online pick up section leaving me hanging in the lobby while everyone else who ordered after me got served first. For some reason they give everyone who asks the day off, so any time there's a holiday (st paddy's today) there are little to no staff and everything moves slower than the snail pace that is already expected from the facility. talk about an uncomfortable experience that's rather new to the Illinois consumer and making it even worse. Called back at 5:30 to see if it was finished yet and they said "The computer lost the order". Was definitely user error. And they were out of half of the items on my order.
