The store was clean and easy to access. Ample parking was available. I noticed you could order it ahead of time and come in to pick it up which is convenient.

I'm sick of how medical patients are treated nowadays. I've…read morebeen coming to this location for over 5 years now because of how well they USED to treat their medical patients. We used to have our own room called "club med" we got to pick up our orders from and didn't have to worry about waiting in the long rec lines. When they got rid of the medical room, they made two separate lines in the main area for medical patients and recreational customers and always let medical patients skip ahead before rec patients. Still, that was fine. I would travel the extra 20 minutes just because I didn't have to wait in long lines on days I was in so much pain I could barely keep my head up. Fast forward to now. They got rid of any special privileges for medical patients. Medical patients are now told to wait in the long recreational customers' line now. We don't get to skip ahead and the whole point of coming to a medical facility is to get the medical patient treatment. When I asked why this was changed, the woman behind the counter told me it worked better at the stores up north so they changed it down here too. It allegedly gets more people in and out faster. When I told her I really missed the days when medical patients were actually given a crap about I was told "well you already don't have to pay taxes on your cannabis so you're already ahead of everyone paying recreational prices. That's not how this works. I'm a medical patient because I depend on this medicine like thousands of others to function because of pain relief and it keeps me out of the hospital. This is the first cannabis dispensary I have ever been to that didn't give its medical patients special privileges anymore. The first one that didn't have two separate lines for medical and recreational folks. The ironic part about this is that when I went in today, they didn't have a security guard on duty. The only people they were legally allowed to sell to were medical patients. So you can thank your medical patients for making all of your sales during the time no security guard was present and you guys couldn't sell to rec customers the day before Christmas. Medical patients are what started this all, and it's been so sad to see how we are treated since recreational became legal. Also, this company doesn't even supply raisers for their employee monitors. They have all of their monitors propped up on cardboard boxes. Come on....

I placed my order online and I went to pick it up when I got to the counter to complete my transaction. I let the cashier know that I wanted to use all of my points and I would pay the difference. I was actually informed that since my purchase was at least $100 I could use $10 of my $70 but I was not allowed to use the entirety of my points on a product purchase I could use up to $10 only. However, if I was purchasing luxury, relief, branded merch. I could use the entirety of my balance, inconvenient to say the least. I spoke with someone today and was informed that I'm not the only one that has this frustration with the reward system from what it seems like with Luxury Leaf. This type of system only happens when items are purchased on consignment (credit) from suppliers, which means Luxury Leaf does not pay in full for those items until after the sell of the product. I know this to be a variable in the equation because there's no way that I can walk into any other dispensary, in the grove or otherwise, with $70 worth of points under my account and not be able to purchase a THC products using the entirety of what I have on file. So now I'm currently waiting for the sole owner to call me so we can discuss why I can't use the points that I spent my hard earn money to gain in the way that I as a customer should so choose. It's nuances like these that are the reason why I wanted to deplete my rewards account in the first place to be done with this dispensary. And don't even get me started on the CREA complaint that's about to be filed because of their delivery restrictions on one particular area code in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

IDK, I feel like they did me dirty. I'd rather use a place that wouldn't do that, especially since I shop here often. (They know how to TAKE the reservation, they just don't know how to KEEP the reservation).
