This dispensary was different than what I'm used to. They don't have much on display. You use a tablet to look things up and make a purchase. The workers were helpful in answering any questions I had. Prices were reasonable, but the taxes were high which make it pretty expensive. I'm a visual person so ordering off the tablet made it very hard to choose anything. I went off the recommendations of the workers. They have a wide selection of products, just not out to see. Overpriced products quality has gone down it isn't worth the trip over the river anymore.

Extremely poor management store, leadership and process for the Cannabis Cup, stood in line for over 2 hours to find out they won't sell if you have an out of state license. You just lost a customer who spends $400-$600 a month there. After this horrendous experience I drove my butt down to your competitor store and spent my money there at Ascend. You will no longer get one cent of my money, I would rather pay slightly higher prices at Ascend or in St Louis than to give my money to a disrespectful company like Beyond. I am rooting for your stores to get shut down once Missouri flower inventory catches up to the demands in the next few months and prices dropped again and shut your business down. Just been turned away for an expired California ID even though I had a valid Veteran card. Birthday just passed and have been waiting for a new ID. I'm visiting from Cali, Mecca of marijuana, where they will except an expired ID. Shit, I can get on a plane with an expired ID! Well it's not a huge deal as I have someone going in for me but this is a perfect example of why I don't live in Illinois or Missouri. read more

Man I love this dispensary. I have been here 3 or 4 times now and I always stop here when making a road trip through or to St. Louis. Even now having recreational being legalized in Missouri, I still make a point of visiting here. The online ordering is pretty simple and similar to most dispensaries. You cannot submit an order the last hour of the day however. On my most recent visit, all of the staff was super friendly and terrific. They have a tablet inside that you can place your whole order with if you do not want to have someone do it with you, which is really nice since I already knew exactly what I wanted. Sadly, one item was out of stock but there was something pretty similar thankfully. My budtender was super cool and was very enjoyable to converse with. I do wish the rewards points didn't expire so soon because I usually can only get out here once a year or so. The prices are very similar to other Missouri/Illinois dispensaries which is reasonable. They had a decent amount of products on sale too which is exactly what I want to see! Overall, I love this dispensary and have never had a bad time here. Bud tender was no help at all. Worse dispensary experience ever and I've been to Vegas and Cali several times never ran into a bud tender that knew nothing. They definitely do their best to accommodate a large crowd. It still gets a little crowded in there even with their limited capacity stuff. Great selection and helpful staff. Also they say they're LGBTQ friendly which, I'm sure is mostly true, for example they provide pronoun stickers you can throw on before you enter the shopping area, yet when they card you they shout out your name on your license at you like " thanks so much ____ can you please do xyz" and as we know that's not necessarily very trans friendly since many of us trans folks do not use the name on our license. read more

You end up waiting 45 min in line even if you preordered. And people who "shop" take forever and hold up getting the pre orders checked in. Would recommend 6 months ago. I went in and bought some flower with my boyfriend. He and I both had to use the restroom as we left, so he used the restroom, and then as I was in the restroom he wanted to look in the bag that we had just bought (mind you we spent $100 on 3.5 grams. I'm not complaining about price but it wasn't cheap by any means.) and a woman grabbed his arm and proceeded to push him out the back door saying "you can't open that in here!" I heard it all, but didn't realize she physically moved him until we got into the car. He didn't have a chance to apologize or anything. He had no idea he wasn't allowed to look at the things we had purchased. He doesn't smoke himself, so he doesn't go to dispensaries very often. He would have apologized and understood had she gone about it more professionally. Not impressed to say the least. Every thing else was lovely. read more

Debit machine is constantly down. It's a 50-50 chance if you get somebody who is knowledgeable about the product or someone who just thinks it's fine to work at a dispensary. Customer service it's always subpar. Tried calling a location 10 times to see if their debit machine was up and did not get an answer a single time. I recommend finding another dispensary! read more

I understand shutting down instore shopping, or sending a text out, but they just wasted my time.
