All of the Beyond Hello locations are pretty terrible but this one consistently takes the cake. I've had too many disappointing experiences to keep track of, from horrible product to rude staff, but the most recent thing was this. I placed a delivery order online at 10 AM, even called the store to confirm, and they waited until 2 PM to tell me my order had been cancelled. They also didn't leave a voicemail or send an email/text. I had to call back and wait to speak w/ someone to be told. If this was a recreational business, things like that could be given a pass here and there, though it's still bad customer service nonetheless, but this is a MEDICINAL shop. I genuinely can't wait for recreational cannabis to pass to make businesses like BH obsolete, so businesses that ACTUALLY care about their customers can take their place. The selection of product is trash. Buds are usually of bad quality and overpriced. The real problem is the store management and some of the staff. A staff member had a fit and threw a bag of product at the patient they were supposed to be helping. The manager must have been so embarrassed at the sorry excuse of a store because instead of apologizing for letting their staff assault a patient, she banned me so I could not access medical majiuana near me. It should be noted that beyond hello corporate customer service is so inept and incapable of doing their job that they refused to even read the complaint brought to them and simply responded with "not reading it because patient is banned, blocking this email"... The good news is, literally any other beyond hello location seems to be better. Better product, the staff seem to be normal sane people. The fiarfax location is the second closest for me and it is wonderfully managed and staffed. I have been a customer since this location opened. Most of the staff is polite. They are now allowing their delivery drivers to park in the accessible crosshatchings between the only two van accessible spots. If someone with a power chair, van with a ramp or any mobility aid that takes up some room wants to park and enter the facility, they cannot. I told the front desk staff this and they asked the van to move, but as most people do, they waited for me to leave and parked there again. I confirmed this by circling around the block and found them right back in one of the spots. In addition, one of the delivery drivers was laughing at me for speaking up. For a facility that services disabled people to allow this, it is a huge disappointment. This is a reminder that disability is not an "if" scenario. It's "When". read more

Do you your self a favor and just drive to Tacoma wellness center. They accept Virginia medical cards and will set you up with an order happily even 10 minutes past closing. Just drove 45 min because I tried to pre order at 7:23 but the online system was not taking orders. I get there at 7:50 to be told that I can't place an in order person. Excuse me. Why even be open if you can't take orders in person. I was the only patient in there. Very disappointed they just wanted to leave. **long but worth the read** This company sucks. I found an edible product through them that I really liked. When I ran out, I discovered only one of their locations in the area had it in stock. So I went online and ordered two tins of it. And went out of my way to get to the location. Keep in mind these products aren't cheap for what you get. When I picked up my order at the store, I commented to the associate that I was so glad they had it in stock because I've really enjoyed it in the past. I then paid, went home, and noticed a couple things as I went to check out my purchases. 1) The product cost the same, but instead of 20 pieces in the package there are now 10. Same exorbitant price, HALF the product. 2) The formulation has COMPLETELY changed. A dramatic increase in the amount of THC and CBD, and more indica heavy than it was previously. This is NOT the experience I wanted. I went online and was delighted to see the company has a satisfaction guarantee. I never opened the product so I called the store and asked if I could come in and exchange it since I felt duped by the Beyond/Hello app when I ordered. Nowhere on the app did it indicate a new formulation OR a lesser quantity of the product. The associate told me their so-called "satisfaction guarantee" only applies to spoiled or defective products. So it's not really a satisfaction guarantee at all, but basically a bare minimum policy ANY business should have when selling products to consumers. I was basically told, "you're out of luck." $80 down the drain and a lesson that Beyond/Hello does not stand behind their products OR their consumers. They don't get to take their cash tips home and it's pooled and divided only for certain employees. Even though I saw her doing the SAME WORK as all the other employees got tips for.
