Bradley did my builder gel extension nails and they came out perfectly! He was super detail oriented and made sure everything was filed down super flush to my natural nail and that the polish was the exact color I wanted with a beautiful chrome powder on top. I'm writing this review almost a month after getting my nails done and they're growing out wonderfully with no lifting. The salon itself was clean and professional. On the girls trip, we decided to treat ourselves and have some services done. I opted for the massage, and my girlfriend got herself a pedicure. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who brought me into a noise canceling room (which should be given and a normal thing but surprisingly I've been places where it wasn't. cough, cough massage envy) Massage was very relaxing and I was two seconds into passing out. Loved my service this evening , today was my first time here with my mother in law , mom , and sister in law and we all were so happy with our nails . David did my full set and did beautifully on all the details and cleaned my nails up so well , I was so pleased. The end result was so beautiful ! I would go with a 3.5 star rating if I could but I'll give the benefit of the doubt - Beyond Nails is quite good now, but could be great - and will be soon, I hope. It's clear that Vivian had a thriving salon back in New Jersey (which continues) and has moved to PSL seeing a huge gap in the market for a clean, comfortable, luxe but affordable, nail spa experience - which I've been looking for since unexpectedly moving here last year. My standards are high seeing as my last regular manicurist was the lead nail artist on TNT's "Claws" - shout out to M.A.D. Nails in New Orleans! I am hoping Beyond Nails will also eventually start to only take walk-ins during certain days or hours and tend to appointments only like other salons I've been to, so there is adequate time to take care of and give attention to every customer - not feel abandoned and/or rushed. Since everyone who works there is friendly and does a good job, I'll keep going with hopes that things smooth out. It will be excellent once they are at a place where all customers are given equal treatment, for example offered a drink, with the mani/pedi options explained to them, and basically feel cared for, so it can be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. read more

I am still so happy with this salon, I absolutely LOVE and can't say enough about this place, I am awful with names, But the young man who usually answers the phone is a doll, He is so patient with me, gets me in at the time I need or as close as he can, Comes around when you are getting your service done to see if you need any thing! I have used "T" for my pedi who really gets my toes looking the best they can, I hate my feet, I have used David, Lynn, and Mary for my gel fills . I can't say enough on who is better . So happy I found this place! Ive been hoping from different salons but I've found my place! I love that it's spacious, clean and everyone there is so friendly! My first nail tech constantly checked to make sure he wasn't hurting me when he filed down my nails which was so sweet. This salon is a hidden gem. My friend and I had regular manis and pedis here recently and they were awesome. The owner's daughter did my pedi and another employee did my mani. Both were friendly and skilled and I left feeling good about my decision to try them as I'm extremely picky when it comes to salons. My friend was also satisfied with her nails and loved the artistic design her tech created. The salon is clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. The 2 stars are mostly for the look of the place. Booking an appointment was easy and they were friendly over the phone. Pros It's a new beautiful nail salon. Great for a pedicure and a cup of wine. Wouldn't go back for nails, eyebrows or anything else. Cons The tech who was supposed to do my eyebrows spilled hot wax in my hair and almost missed my face. She came rushing over with wax dripping and the spa was near empty. Not sure what the "hot rush" (literally) was for. I had to cut it out when I got home. She didn't offer a discount or free eyebrows for the inconvenience and damage caused. I paid full price with no complaint up until my review. I got full set, mustache, eyebrows and gel pedicure. Ridiculous. Customer service, and safety is key to establish returning customers. I don't appreciate being called girl or referred to as girl by a lady there who I believed could have actually been an owner or manager of the spa. As a mom wife, career woman and paying grown adult customer respect is key. Please stop it's not a term of endearment. I spent a lot of hard earned money here for disrespect and a sloppy job. Overall did not have a good experience. May or may not return for a pedicure. That was the only part that went well. read more

This is a gorgeous salon tucked away behind Wendys on Peacock Boulevard in an office building. I scheduled a manicure and pedicure and the owner did both. She was very congenial and even did bling jewels on 2 nails and didn't charge me! I greatly appreciated the gesture. I just found her manicure and pedicure to be on the lazy side and she was not detail oriented, nor did she spend much time manicuring or pedicuring. She spent more time painting and polishing. She had her female partner there and 2 guys. I don't care for men doing my nail services and there was a girl, Lynn there that normally helps out on Saturdays and Sundays. I was disappointed with the actual mani/pedi combo -- like I said she wasn't much on that side, but if you care how she paints and polishes, then she's your manicurist. We didn't have appointments on a Monday afternoon. So we were okay with waiting. They seated us right away at a chair for pedicures. They filled up the tubs and had us start soaking. No mention of how long we would wait. We sat soaking so long my water got cold. The gentleman who did my pedicure barely spoke to me. I'm not sure how well cleaned his tools were. He didn't smooth out the nails at all. The step of pushing back the cuticles. But did trim the nails perfectly. My mom got her pedicure started after me. The woman working on her made small talk and was very nice. She eventually explained that someone called off today so that's why we had such a long wait. She then apologized for the wait. Maybe they didn't want to scare us off at the beginning by saying there was a wait. But I didn't appreciate soaking for that long! read more

They are very nice, I would recommend anyone that would like a manicure or pedicure to come here and get them done !!
