I was in for a pedicure today and was disappointed when I went to check out I was told I could not use my reward points, since 3 of my punches were on a second card. When I have had my original card in another purse, and I came in for a service I was issued a new card and was never informed that these could not added to the original card. Stay away from this place and the nasty "so called" nail technician Jocelyn. Booked online appointment for full set, nail art, and pedicure. Arrived on time (2:50pm) and waited for approximately 8 minutes before being seen. As soon as my daughter sat down, Jocelyn barks "what do you want?". After seeing the full set on my daughter's hands that needed to be soaked off first, she says that there is not enough time to do her nails. First of all, there is nothing on your online booking to "book" time for a soak off. It's the businesses duty to find out if a soak off needs to occur if you want to allot enough time and if you've been in the nail business long enough, this is common with customers. Jocelyn stated they close at 4pm so they can't do it. We had an appointment. She said doesn't matter it will take too long. I said ok we will go elsewhere if you don't want to do the work. This young brat continued to roll her eyes at me and jive her head with such an attitude. What made it worse was that the "manager" at the desk didn't do anything to stop her nastiness as if he didn't care. Customers don't need to be treated this way, especially when confronted with a "What do you want"? when you immediately sit down. My advice to this business if you want to stay in business, fire your girl Jocelyn and send her back to the ghetto. She lacks in customer service. We will never be returning. read more

This has been my Salon for a year now. It is always clean and Staff is great at what they do. I always book online, find it on Facebook. It is very user friendly. Sanitary- I've noticed since they opened back after Covid-19, the Staff wipes the chairs and tabletops down often. All Staff wear a mask. I flip between Blanca and Amber for my gel nails appt. They both do an awesome job and are detailed. Both of them also do beautiful designs. My teen daughter adores Juany for waxing. She is very detailed and accurate. Plus super sweet to my daughter. The lack of communication when your tech isn't available due to whatever reason is absolutely ludacris. Kate is great BUT the owners have a PISS POOR system and no protocols In place for when an employee is "sick" -they think everyone is OK with last minute changes or cancellations and their not. In the world today a business should have protocols in place to reschedule appointments the moment an employee advises they're sick and for as long as needed depending on the sickness...! I am overly particular in who does my nails and will only see Amber or Cynthia for my nails and ok W Ben for a pedicure. Overly disappointed in this business as a whole The owner needs to get it together. Response to owner. No you don't ! You have known said person has a sickness that lasts at least 2 weeks yet I still didn't know she was sick til I heard from my mom BUT not anyone from your establishment. Yes I agree for an employee to fully rest and recover before returning BUT upon onset of the sickness everyone for the next 2 weeks should have been called...given the option to wait and see or reschedule with another tech!!!! Awful experience. This place does not deserve one star. I sent my 84 year old grandmother to have a mani and pedi with my daughter for her birthday on Saturday October 10th. Now, her feet/toes/nails are so badly bruised and swollen she can't even wear closed shoes! Now I have to keep a close eye on her feet to make sure this doesn't turn into an infection caused by him! Her hands are equally as bad, but just to show the condition of her feet, it should keep you away. Do not give these people any more business. My poor grandmother only wanted to get pampered for her birthday, now she has to deal with this awful pain. read more

Would definitely not return. We had 4 of us go in for pedicures and we were not impressed. My nieces pedicure is already peeling off and we just got home. My sisters 50 minute pedicure only took 25 minutes. They did give her a slight discount but none of us received the massage oil that we payed for and only one of our pedicures actually lasted 50 minutes. The massages were weak and it just felt like they were rubbing the lotion on your legs, not giving you a massage. If you do want to be ripped off definitely don't get the upgraded pedicures. I went to this salon to get gel nail polish removed because my normal salon was fully booked. The guy grabbed a dog dish, filled it up with acetone and started heating it up on a hot plate. He used a dremel to remove the first few layers and then had me soak my fingers in the warm bowl of acetone. He used another dremel head and the most coarse side of a buffer before completing the task. My nails and skin feel absolutely awful. I would never use this method of removing gel nail polish again. They are thin and rough. Not to mention, it can't be healthy to soak your skin in acetone. Additionally, I overheard another women talking about how there was some nasty blood stained towels in the bathroom and the technician, who I assume was the woman's friend, said "shut the fuck up, people can hear you". Overall, I don't think that this place is very hygienic or uses appropriate methods on nails. I left feeling icky read more

I've had acrylics on for years. I tried this place for a pedicure and healthy nails. After spending 3 hours in the salon for these two services, I was ready to go home. Upon inspecting my toes at home, I noticed part of my nails weren't painted. The nail tech didn't cover my full nail in the healthy dip powder, so four days later it looks like over a week of grow out on some nails. For a basic pedicure and healthy nails I spent $85. After I posted this review above, the owner asked me to contact him. When I left my name and number with the salon receptionist, he never called me back. I think he replied to my message on Yelp to make his business look good, as if he "tried" to remediate the situation. Bottom line, it's overpriced, overrated, and the owner is unresponsive. read more
