Went here a few weeks ago it was not even 2 weeks and I went to do a fill this Saturday ,all the nails needed to be replaced they came off very easy so application is horrible . It's Wednesday and it's already peeling and wet under first layer. After trying a few different Nail Salons, she settled on Bliss Nails and has never looked back. She sees the same tech every time and he does a fantastic job! They have always made her feel welcome, they go out of their way to help her, and they always make sure she is comfortable. When I drop her off, she is always greeted warmly. I can say with certainty, that every single Manicure and Pedicure she has had here, the work has been outstanding. Even custom artwork, that my sometimes demanding wife asks for, is done amazingly well, and when I pick my wife up, I always admire the great work they've done. They have some gifted artists here. During a recent visit on a Wednesday, after my pedicure as I was sitting at the drying table for 15 minutes, my technician, Lena came and checked my toes to see if I was dry. She stated I was and off I went. Later that evening, I noticed that both of my big toes and one little toe were smudged. Since I was returning in a few days before a trip, I figured I would show her. On the day of my manicure which was a Saturday, I showed her and she agreed to fix them. After my manicure, as I was sitting at the drying table again for 15 minutes, here she comes again and states I was dry. I told her that I was going to remain there until I felt that all 10 fingers and toes were good and dry. About 30-45 minutes into my drying, she comes over and switches off the light and fan that were drying my fingernails and again insists that I am dry. I immediately switched them back on and told her nicely that I was going to stay there UNTIL I felt I was dry. Another 15 minutes later which now totaled 59 minutes at the drying station, the owner walks up to me and says "You are done" in a loud and stern voice and I replied in a light and jovial manner that in one minute I would be! Within a minute, I got up and left. It was now 12:30. I arrived home and around 4:30 noticed that all of my fingers were greatly smudged!! I now realized after checking my polish that it was thick and caused all two coats to be gloppy which was the reason I wasn't drying well. I immediately thinned it and removed the polish and repainted my own fingernails again! Not once did Lena point it out and I know that in the past if my polish was thick, a technician would point it out to me and would thin it for me. I found their behavior odd and VERY RUDE! Maybe they didn't like me, I don't know. I always tipped MORE than 20% and was very kind to my technician. I don't understand WHY they would treat a Senior Citizen this way. I could see maybe IF the salon was crowded and they had several ladies waiting to use the drying station, but ONLY one other lady sat beside me. There were NOT a lot of customers there for a Saturday mid-morning. Maybe, it's because I only got regular manicures and pedicures and didn't spend big monies getting gel nails or acrylic nails -- I don't know!! Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there after being made to feel so UNWELCOME. Also, this is the ONLY nail salon in Port St. Lucie that does not give you a break on price when you get a mani and pedi on the same day. One time I did and I asked the owner why they don't give a discount and he stated that his wife, the co-owner wouldn't let him. Maybe this is why they didn't appreciate my business? I don't know, but found both of their treatment of me to be extremely RUDE!!!! read more

I was a walk in ( though I did call before I head out of the house to make sure there was availability) and was taken care of by Cindy. Initially I was only gonna get a pedicure but decided to get my nail done as well. She did a very great job and really took her time :D and my (gel) nail is still looking great. The price was honestly shockingly affordable and really a great bang for your buck. They very well may be my regular spot now :) The place looks a bit dated but you can tell they put in effort ( they were putting up Christmas decorations while I was there) and Cindy and the other nail techs were all very sweet and polite. I would recommend checking them out. I will say it does not have a spa vibe though. read more

I had a horrible experience at Bliss Nails PSL. The man's name that serviced me is Ben. He was very rude throughout the service. My nails have bubbles which I told him during the service and he didn't fix it. He even cut me during my manicure and then decided to put lotion in my cut. He didn't even have the decency to say sorry and I had to call him out multiple times until he finally told me sorry. Didn't offer me a bandaid. Didn't give me a discount or show any remorse for this safety hazard either. Absolutely won't be returning here. read more

First three times I went there, the tech was sweet and gentle with my pedicure. Last time I went, that tech was no longer working there. I told them I must have someone VERY GENTLE. I am elderly and had just lost my husband so I was also grieving. They gave me a very young tech, I THINK her name was Bee. Not only was she not gentle, she cut me in three places. One of the cuts was on my big toe and she put polish right over the cut. Not once did she even tell me she had cut me. I saw it when I got home and took my shoes and socks off and my sock was all bloody. I ended up on antibiotics at a walk in clinic. I called Bliss and told them what happened so they could at least tell the young tech NEVER to put polish over a cut. She also should have put something on the cut to keep it from bleeding. The manager was nice and thanked me for calling. But I will not go back. read more

Honestly? While the salon itself was nice and I thought the nail techs did a good job, there were a number of things that made this a less-than-stellar experience. The first was that it was like being in the middle of a daycare. The employees had three kids between them, and it seemed almost as much time was paid to making sure someone was eating or not making a fuss as it was to nails. Several customers also had babies or kids, so there was just a lot going. Kids zooming around in walkers, kids screaming, kids running around. I don't know about you, but this does not fit with calm, enjoyable mani-pedi experience to me. The second was the overall cleanliness of the place. They didn't have liners for the pedicure chairs and the bathroom was dirty, which doesn't give me great hope for the rest of the operation. Although I did see one of the employees scrubbing our pedi chair basins afterwards, so maybe it's fine. My nails did come out nice and the price was more than reasonable, but it was just too chaotic to try again. However, they did seem to have a number of regulars, so maybe it's not always that crazy? read more

Unfortunately this experience was unprofessional and lazy. The only reason why its a 2 star and not 1 is because Ivy is still the sweetest and did and amazing pedicure. As shown before my nails were purple ombre and for some reason Ben thought it would be okay to not take then completely off (like normal) and leave some on to only the it show through the pink color I chose. Really don't understand why he thought that was okay. I ended up having him take it all off completely which took another unnecessary 30mins. He "jokingly" said that the person who did my nails used "semen" which 1) made me feel uncomfortable and 2) dont really understand why he thought that was okay to say... I had an appointment today 06/09 around 6 pm I went in with two broken nails of acrylics. The gentleman was very sweet but my nails have no shape at all. I understand that nail techs have a different way of doing nails but I'm pretty sure shape is one main thing... and you could see clearly that I had a coffin nail shape which I now have a square nail. My nails are absolutely way too bulky. I have been getting my nails done for many years. He did not file them at all to shape them out. The acrylic was too much and the middle fingers are not a smooth shape, they are lopsided. I needed a fill which I doubt you have to put acrylic on the whole nail for that. I wanted more glitter because I asked for white and glitter on top but didn't want to ask because that would of made my nails more bulky. I wanted the thinnest nail possible and I got the complete opposite. I am now embarrassed to be seen and to go out with these nails and my boyfriend who paid is out of 50 dollars. I came from another nail salon who did an ok job I just wish people weren't assigned to do acrylic that don't know how. He was gentle and seemed like a good person plus shaved off for my two broken nails but will not be going back. I had to take out my hand because my fingers hurt from too much drilling and I bled on my thumb cuticle. read more

Just had SNS Healthy Nails applied. I went the no tip route but either way it's only $35 and absolutely no discomfort or smell! This stuff is amazing! I'm really excited because I used to do gel and acrylics and both were problematic and detrimental to my nails and nail beds. These are just as strong and look beautiful, natural, and healthy.
