I live in Delray, my sister lives in PSL. We met in the middle and came to T Nails Spa for our nails in preparation for our Bach trip in Tx. Booking with Tim, the owner was easy, and a great experience. He was accommodating and genuinely nice. Our appointment was for 11am, opening time on Sunday. We checked in and were seen immediately. Kim helped me with my Gel X nails and she was amazing. Listed to my every need. The only issue was on my end. I brought in an unrealistic photo ( AI) and two my my nails just didn't look good. Kim was a professional and helped me make a decision to fix it and re did 4 of my nails on the spot. She was understanding and sweet. Tim the owner was also here, was floating around the salon, engaging in all the customers, ensuring all of his guests needs were met. My sister's nails also came out great. She was very happy. We both also got pedicures, and both are happy with their service. I recommend this place and if I lived in the area, I would come back. Thanks Tim and Team. Amazing manicures and pedicures! They take their time. Amalia did my mom's pedicure and manicure and she had amazing attention to detail. She took her time with my mom getting her "healthy nails" to look very natural. And Kevin was great- he did my nails and toes. Tran is always good and did my aunts nails. The manager, "Tim" is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I've chosen to ignore his comments about my body in the past, but after he kept touching my leg today and asking about my tattoos I won't be back. He was not my nail tech, there was no reason for him to be touching me while I sat in my chair. Recently, he made a comment about how "a baby came out of THAT body?" referring to me, freshly postpartum. I've also witnessed several inappropriate jokes with other customers. I love my nail techs but I'm so tired of seeing and hearing this guy. I also know my favorite nail techs in the past have quit because of him. This place needs new management asap. read more

Ok, this is the worst Nail Salon ever. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. You will waste your money and effort trying. The male owner is so rude without any professionalism. He makes these nasty remarks and comments even when there are kids around. His demeanor towards customers is so disgusting. A very put down. Wife of his that cannot do any nails. I heard a lady as she was walking out saying that was her first & last visit. As I sat and got my nails done by a younger boy that took which seems like days charged me an arm and leg. Everything is bad bad. No wonder why the place is so quiet and very slow. If I can remember most of the technicians were sleeping on the pedicure chairs. The vibe in the salon is meaningless. Have been going here for about 6 months. I just got my first pedi here and they used walmart 98 cents soap on my feet. when i got my nails done they charged me for my length of my nails and said it was an Add on. Personally did not like how it all was played out. read more

Started as a client when T first opened the salon. My last visit will be the last forever. Unfortunately. I had called an hour before my arrival to make an appointment. Was told that it was a walk in only policy. We arrive. Child pedicure and adult pedicure. We are told 30 minute wait. No problem. Sat in the message chairs while we waited. A little over one hour later we are acknowledged. Asked to move. My tech starts filling my water and gets ready to start my pedicure. I pause. Asking if they be could please start my child's as well. As my child is very antsy at this point. As we being to enjoy ourselves. I hear the workers over speaking to one another(not nicely). At the end of their conversation, one worker states " We are busy up front with nails. We do not have time for children. " and walks back upfront. This is the moment that will make me never go back. Not only am I paying $35 for a pedicure for my child. I was a returning client, but now I am a boycott client. By far the worst experience. I hope the best for T. Hope she changes her staff to more kind people. :( read more

The front desk receptionist is such a sweet heart and was very accommodating & my pedicure was fine however it went downhill from there. First of all, I asked for a new set and they basically told me no & that I didn't need one. So I then, I asked for a non-see-through french with blue tips instead of white. The tech, Mary, kept saying they weren't see through and when i asked for another coat said no because it would be too thick. Once she was finished, I wasn't happy with them because they were see through in the indoor lighting but I was just going to deal and go about my day. So I paid and when I walked outside, in the daylight, my nails were totally see through and there was stuff under them and overall they looked really bad. So I debated going back in but decided that I couldn't just deal so I went back in and spoke to the owner who repeatedly told me I was wrong and my nails were fine & refused my refund (which I understood because it was a service) and finally said that they would fix them. However, I was sent back to the same lady that did them the first time and she was extremely rude the entire time even when I was trying to being extra polite. She told me I was wrong multiple times & proceeded to scoff when I said thank you. They ended up looking good after she did exactly what I asked for even though her attitude was awful the whole time. I've been to this nail salon many times and tried many techs. The experience is up and down. Renee is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her but when you don't get her you may be injured. I had Linda this week and am still recovering from the wound I endured while she trimmed my cuticles. Also the experience when you arrive can be welcoming or completely unprofessional. My experience here wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. I came in for a regular pedicure and a hard gel manicure. They started my pedicure with one person, and then assigned someone else to help me out (so one person can do my hands and feet, fine). My pedicure came out fine, my manicure was okay. Lots of cuticle left, leftover nail polish from my last manicure, and I just wasn't happy with how my hands came out. Hard gel typically lasts me a month, this manicure lasted me a week before I had to get them done again (obviously I went somewhere else). The gel began to lift, kinda looked like air bubbles on my nails. Additionally, there were extra charges for services I've never been charged before, in any salon for that matter. Shaping of my nails? I walked in with almond and left with almond shape, I didn't ask for anything different. Add Gel color? I literally picked the lightest pink they could possibly have. I've never been charged extra to add color on top of the hard gel? But I guess that's the way they do things here. Again, not terrible but not great, wouldn't go back simply because the retention of the polish wasn't good and I would prefer not spending the extra money here. read more

The painting, cleaning up of nails, and secubbing was HORRID to say the least. He got half was through and goes "ughhhh I forgot to put your shoes on".
