I have been all over for years looking for someone to do my nails and finally found a place where true talent exists. Clean, friendly and always consistent is the best way to describe this neighborhood gem! Jade is the owner and my mother's, grandmother's and my nail tech. John does my pedi, Sandra does my mom's pedi and Rose does my sister's nails. Tina is really good too and super funny. Based on this alone, no matter who you get, consider yourself in good hands. The guy who did my fill did a good job, my issue is that he had me soak my nails in acetone, when I was done soaking, he poured the acetone that my nails were soaking back into the original bottle of acetone!! That is BEYOND NOT CLEAN!!!! If they had a sanitary salon I would go back, but since they decide to save money in unhealthy ways I cannot go back and risk my health!!! read more

Couldn't be happier with this place in the Sunny Isles Location. I was referred to this place by my manager and I love it. I went thru a phase where I stopped taking care of my hands and feet and finally went here and they snapped me out of that funk. Very detailed with their pedi's which I appreciate. I love the deep massage they give you as well. I am one of those that eats (ate) my nails to the core so I finally considered getting acrylics for the first time in a very long time since they don't last me....I did my first set 4 weeks ago and have followed thru with my refills. First time a nail doesn't fly off before the first week. The quality of their products are great and durable. I wouldn't change this place for nothing. read more

Went in for a mani andpedi one evening and was asked to wait. I waited about 20 minutes before I was seen by a nice Latin woman. She was very professional but during the pedicure portion she began to complain to me about her work and family life that she took it out on my right foot during the portion of the service where they use a pumice stone. She went extremely hard behind my toes that she ended up cutting me. The pain was terrible. I was limping all along. Wondering how I was going to walk in heels the next day. Manicure was ok. I didn't even get a chance to rate the nail tech quality. The salon opens at 9:30 am. I walk in this morning at 9:40 for a manicure and I see a woman cleaning. I ask her if they are open and she says to me "yes but nobody gets here until 10" why open at 9:30 then?? Typical horrible Miami customer service. read more

The place was packed and overall they do a good job Watch out for Helen though who doesn't polish the nail down to the end - she leaves s small empty space unpolished then she'll tell you 2 weeks it wil not last more than 2 weeks read more

No Good- I went here for a manicure and pedicure on aFfriday morning. By Monday when I got back to Chicago, the gel polish chipped and peeled horribly and it was a no-chip. They must be adding some type of solution or water to their polish because it was still extremely thin after 3 coats. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

Nails were chipping so had to find a place that opened. Came here since it was close to my favorite hotel. I got a french gel for $32. I don't know if that is expensive but I would say it is fairly reasonable and my lady did a great job. The place is run by extremely friendly vietnamese ladies. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD. Unless you're getting it done with maya, then don't bother going. The lady that did my nail kept messing up and got mad every time I pointed it out. Excuse me but if I'm going to pay $55 plus a $15 tip for my nails I want to actually like them!! She had the nerve to yell at me after she kept doing a half ass job. How unprofessional. Kala is absolute crap! I wish I could post pictures but she completely cannot do French nails, all different sizes and uneven.... filing also uneven, files too much and hurts ur nail!!!
