Came here for the first time and was definitely not disappointed! Inside of the store is clean, organized, and comfy. You can tell that the place is a very friendly and family orientated place. This is a good place to hang out and study with friends and family. They have games like connect 4 and jenga. The store overall has good energy and is very interactive. They have mini anime figures that run around the restaurant which is awesome; speaking from an anime fan. As an ex-bobarista, I recommend this place. First impression: Decor and overall aesthetic of the place made me feel at-home-vibes. Along with that, I definitely felt welcomed by the staff from their greetings and small talk. Drinks were great. Any time I try a new shop's drinks, I always have to try their classic milk tea. Usually its the base for some of the other milk tea flavors (not the case everywhere) so if its not good, then I usually avoid getting the rest of the milk tea flavors. So, I was happy that I enjoyed it. Along with that, the boba was definitely made the day of and it was made correctly. If a shop's boba is more on the hard side, then its either old/recycled or its under cooked. So again, I was glad that I enjoyed it as well. I'll definitely be coming here frequently and recommending this local business to others! read more

This place is my go-to boba spot! I always get their Okinawa (brown sugar) milk tea with boba and popcorn chicken. Their milk tea is nondairy, so people who are lactose intolerant don't have to worry. My milk tea hit the spot since it's been so hot. I wish I could give a better review since I've been excited to try this place because of all the business I see them get on their Instagram but I am disappointed to say I won't be returning. We got the Tiger milk tea and the green Thai milk tea. First issue: It's not helpful that the mobile ordering website doesn't have descriptions esp considering there are drinks like "tiger milk tea" and "sunset". We got the tiger milk tea which did not look at all like what I've seen before (no description so I expected it to be somewhat like what I've had. It was just a cream color) and did not taste even like brown sugar. Couldn't finish my green Thai tea since it was not to my liking/artificial. Boba was over cooked. I also was confused when I got called by "gracielas grls" which was the store nicely notifying me my order was ready but not gonna lie I thought it was someone/something else... . Next, my order of lumpia did taste home made which I appreciated and enjoyed; however, I was a bit confused by the chili sauce... it was VERY thin and liquidity unlike others. I questioned with each bite if it was mixed with something else that wasn't water... vinegar? I dunno but it did not cling to the lumpia as I expected which affected the experience and taste. The Togo bag that came with my single order of lumpia was a bit excessive... I appreciate a nice paper bag but i wonder if it can in the future/or now contribute to higher costs of the menu items. Great boba place that does the fundamentals well; atmosphere is super homey, with nerdy memorabilia (Halo, Star Wars, anime) all over the place. Has a nice little TV and couch to hang out, with a bunch of board games, Jenga, and super-duper connect four. Boba tastes fantastic and has many options with the boba type in each drink - service is awesome with friendly staff and rapid fulfillment. My young brother recently went in to this business. The cashier charged for two drinks even though he only asked for one. This business refused to refund one of the drinks because he had already bought it. Mind you there is no signage that states "no refunds". They simply refused to refund because he was kid that doesn't know how to fight back for the extra charge. Bad business practice! read more

Loving the ambiance. So clean and refreshing inside, not to mention nice and cool since today was super hot. My daughter got the Matcha Tea with boba, son got chocolate with Oreo crumble (I think) lol, and I got the Peach Fruit Tea with brown sugar boba with no added sugar and it was DELISH!!!!! Stumbled into this place after dinner and were so happy we had! We came in after close on accident, but they were still happy to serve us. The aesthetic is super cute, and their boba was even better. I ordered the passion fruit tea w/ light ice and regular sweetness. It was very good although i would definitely recommend getting it less sweet. The boba was delicious (way better than peace love & boba sorry had to say it)!! I love that it was lightly sweetened and was the perfect consistency. The cup is super sturdy & cute w/a sticker on the back urging you to recycle once you are finished. The only thing that would make it better is if they added fresh fruit in their fruit teas. Not quite as good as "Big Bang Boba and Chicken" bubble tea yet but they definitely have great potential and I am happy to see such a great boba joint close to home!! Congrats! read more

This is my go to Milk Tea place for years. Not only their milk tea flavour is spot on but the service WAS superb! I haven't gone back since few weeks ago and they have a new employee named "Stephanie" who served me my Wintermelon tea without black pearl bobbas. I came out of work and drove all the way to Suisun craving for my fav bobba tea, not only she spoke so rudely I came out of there with not a milk tea but just "MILK" without the black pearls too. So I came back in not to complain but just to order a new drink seeing that she has not been pleasant the last 2x I've been in there. She was sat on the table with her male co-employee instead of being behind the counter and before I even ordered she said to me that "Bobbas are extra and BTW we dnt have it anymore". The least thing she could have done before serving a customer is to let them know there's no more bobbas and black pearl bobbas are defo not extra. It's called Milk Tea bobba place for a reason, you are not selling Milk or I could have gone to Raley's and order a gallon. I'm pretty sure the owner is Asian not White and this lady Stephanie should have been taught manners, great customer service and learn how to make. milk tea or don't bother working there anymore. i walked out of there disappointed but did not say a word, I am heavily pregnant and I dnt feel giving her a piece of my mind. so I thought writing here would be better to not only let other regulars know but for the management to know how she is when not watched. I've been here a couple times. The drinks are easily over-priced. The quality is ok. Teas are flavorful, but they're not made with fresh milk. They also don't have any milk substitutes. The boba itself was decent. It was cooked well and the flavor was alright. For the price you pay here, it's more worth the money to go to Big Bang Boba and Chicken(which drinks are priced slightly lower but with better quality and fresh ingredients). read more
