Rather than lose 40 credits (~$80), I booked a facial for my wife. Yes, ClassPass credits are typically non-transferable--but this was an obvious situation where a little basic human judgment should have applied. My wife showed up, explained everything, and was turned away--despite the appointment being on their books. They refused the service and still kept the credits. No service rendered, no flexibility offered, no attempt to do the right thing. That tells me everything I need to know. This is a business that values squeezing $80 out of a customer over showing even minimal decency. Short-sighted, tone-deaf, and not the kind of people I'll ever do business with again. Enjoy the $80. Karma has a way of keeping score. Follow-Up: I received a response from the owner attempting to justify what happened, but it completely missed the facts. This wasn't a case of someone trying to misuse credentials in a typical sense--it was a one-on-one appointment that was already booked, paid for with credits, and ultimately went unused. My wife showed up, explained the situation clearly, and was still turned away. No service was provided, yet the credits were kept. Comparing this to standard "no sharing accounts" policies is a weak and inaccurate analogy. This situation called for basic judgment and a small amount of flexibility--neither of which was shown. The owner's response only reinforces my original impression: this business is more focused on rigid policies and protecting a minor dollar amount than on treating people reasonably, even under exceptional circumstances. That tells me everything I need to know

I would give NONE if I could. After the massage, the same front desk lady called me in to a room, and started discussing about becoming a member - offering me to purchase $1k-$2k worth of treatment. WOW. I told her no, and she started bargaining and offered me cheaper deal. ONLY because of the good massage experience I had, I wanted to give them a second chance. I got their massage deal, which was not bad. $600 for 10 x 60 mins deep tissue massages, and she said anyone can use it and there is no expiration on those. We'll see if she stays true when we're calling in for a session. Oh boy, what am I getting myself into.... And by the way, their default is Chinese language, and just assume you speak it.

I never asked for or agreed to any lympha system clean treatment whatsoever. The massage ran for almost 90 minutes total, and I only found out about the billing fraud when I was ready to sign the receipt. They charged me $110 (member price) for a 90-minute lymphatic detox treatment that I never consented to. I immediately brought this mistake up to the front desk staff, who admitted the phone booking staff had incorrectly logged the wrong service into their system. Here's the core issue: this was entirely your employee's careless error during scheduling. Why should a customer be forced to pay extra for your staff's miscommunication and messy booking system? It's completely unfair to shift the blame and extra cost onto your guest when I stated my desired service twice--once to the receptionist, once directly to the massage therapist before the session started. No one checked in with me mid-session to confirm they were switching my treatment or extending the time. There was zero transparent communication about the price change.
