Had a much needed little vacation & booked a massage for myself. It's quite a walk to get to the spa if you're at the first floor. But if you're coming from the resort tower, you have to get on the 4th floor - walk through glass doors to get outside - walk through a little meditation garden area - take another elevator to go downstairs to the first floor. It is located to the left of the Cove (pool area). Once inside, you check in & wait at a small seating area on the left side. Someone takes you back to give you a tour of the facility. This spa area is massive. Definitely worth your time and $. Huge locker room, with top and bottom lockers. Each locker complete with a nice and warm spa robe, water bottle & gray slippers. The slippers originally weren't my size, they were too big, so the staff helped get me my size. There is an indoor women's relaxation lounge in the 1st floor, a co-ed indoor & outdoor relaxation lounge on the 2nd floor. In the 2nd floor relaxation lounge, there are complimentary cucumber water, iced tea, nuts and fruit. In the first floor women's area, there are also private dressing rooms if you're shy to change in the locker room, showers, restroom, a separate area to do your hair and makeup. You take an elevator (2nd floor) to wait in the co-ed relaxation area for your massage/treatment. Absolutely love this spa! read more

We treated ourselves to an 80-minute couples massage at Spa Pechanga and it was hands-down one of the BEST spa experiences we've had! From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, luxurious, and so well organized. One of the best perks is that you get full access to the spa amenities -- the sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas were perfect before and after the massage. It truly makes it feel like a whole spa day, not just a quick service. The waiting room even had healthy snacks like walnuts and mixed nuts (which I loved instead of the usual sugary stuff!). Such a nice touch. Our massage was incredible -- super relaxing, great pressure, and the therapists were very professional and attentive. We walked out feeling refreshed and stress-free. Couples massage packages range in price depending on the experience you choose, but honestly worth every penny for the quality and atmosphere. Parking was super easy and convenient -- no stress at all getting in or out. One thing to note (which we totally respected): they do have a no-camera policy inside the spa to keep things peaceful and private for everyone -- which actually makes the experience even better. The first day spa I've experienced and I believe it has ruined all other day spas for me. The front desk staff was very kind when we called to request more information. Then we were escorted into the spa by the attendants. Inside the spa is 2 changing rooms, lockers, 5 restroom stalls, vanity area, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation room. The coed areas were the spa pool, tea/snack area. There was plenty of seating areas around the spa. I just had the day spa service and it was $155 for two of us. The service was amazing, the staff was very attentive. The showers were well kept and all the amenities were very high quality. I will DEFINITELY return. The perfect time to visit, on a weekday during the off season! Thank you to California's winter. Whether it be fully covered or in your bathing suit, the spa's outdoor pool area with cabanas and lounge chairs were open while the resort's main pool area, The Cove, is closed during the winter. For this visit, I was able to enjoy the amenities at my leisure and at my own pace. The spacious and tranquil ambiance of the facility alone-- solid 5 stars. It's one of those spas where you can spend all day or at least a good chunk of your day to unwind and relax. The sauna, steam room, showers, and locker rooms were clean and well kept. The nail salon's massage chairs were comfortable and didn't have the usual aggressive settings like other salon chairs. Services I had during this visit were a massage and a gel mani/pedi. Prices are definitely up there but I think we're paying more for the experience, rather than just the services alone because you can definitely get these services cheaper elsewhere. I appreciated Leanne's soothing voice and calm demeanor during my therapeutic massage. She was on point with my requested medium pressure and she also tried her best to get rid of a knot within the allotted time. Trang was a pleasure to talk too during my mani and pedi. 6 days later, my gel mani/pedi are still intact. I appreciated the fact that she asked for my pressure preference for the leg/foot massage during the pedi portion. A big shout out to my spa concierge that day, Estela, who was friendly and very helpful during my spa day. She checked in on me after my services and whenever she saw me. She was out in the open, readily available to help anyone. She was even able to remind me what time my services were because my mind definitely stop's thinking when I'm at the spa. Food wise, I ordered the hummus plate thinking it was going to be a small quick snack. Wrong! I had to embarrassingly ask Estela if they were able to pack it up and keep it refrigerated while I enjoyed the rest of my spa day. It was definitely a first for me. The usual cucumber and lemon water stations and water bottles throughout the facility. Hot/cold tea and snacks located on the 2nd floor service waiting areas. My mom and I came here to celebrate her birthday with a spa day and massages. It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. This spa is so clean and inviting. We didn't want to leave. We left feeling so relaxed. The spa is big and it's two stories so plenty of room to move around and get comfortable. They have spa water, snacks and teas for you to enjoy and so many spacious rooms to relax in. It was a rainy day when we went but they even have a jacuzzi under a roof so we didn't get wet. So, the massage and facilities were wonderful. I was very impressed. And the massage therapist I had for treatment was top notch. My sister and I went for massages to celebrate her birthday and had a wonderful time. My only gripe / disappointment was the food service by the spa pool. We ordered a $30 cheese plate and they served it with saltines - which was a first for me and probably just poor judgment on part of staff. I said something about it to the server and the response I got was, we ran out of bread. The better response would have been we won't charge you $30 to serve you 4 small pieces of cheese with saltines!! read more

What a tranquil space. tbh the casinos don't thrill me that much so when my family likes to do that I like to come here.... which I'm so happy there is that option for me! This spa is very nice! Friendly service was provided at front desk. They walk you to locker with an introduction when it's your first time. Facilities were so cleaned. Not so crowded like other spas which I extremely enjoyed it more. My pedicure appointment went well. Water and snacks were provided while sitting in massage chair. Nail tech was pleasant to chat with at ease. Loved the lounge area where additional snacks and teas presented. You also can order food and drinks. There's a private swimming pool and jacuzzi located outside by the main pool where you can also access. You'll need a wristband if you do decide to visit the main pool. Live Dj was playing great music and my favorite was the swim up bar. It was so much fun until it started pouring rain with thunderstorm. Therefore, we had to leave and went back to spa. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Pechanga Spa. I have been a loyal customer and have visited this spa several times, spending thousands of dollars over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was handled so poorly that I feel compelled to share my concerns. Last year, I brought my son, his girlfriend, and friends when the spa allowed guests ages 18 and over. Based on that experience, I made reservations again this year for my son and his girlfriend. At no point during the reservation process was I informed that the age requirement had changed to 21 and over. Upon arriving, I was told at the front desk that not only could my guests not use the spa services, but they were not even allowed on the premises because they are 20. I immediately requested to cancel the appointments and was shocked to be told that I would still be charged for all the services, totaling nearly $1,000. I explained that I had not been notified of this policy change, yet the manager who eventually came out told me he would "do me a favor" and only charge me 30%. After further discussion, I was told, again as a "favor," that we would be accommodated this one time. Another manager later explained the age policy was changed because employees were not properly checking IDs and underage guests had been drinking. With all due respect, that is not the fault of loyal guests like myself. The lack of communication regarding this significant policy change created unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing visit. I have been dealing with health issues for the past six months and came to the spa to find peace, only to leave feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and disrespected. This situation could have been handled much better. At the very least, guests making reservations should be clearly informed of policy changes in advance. Instead, I was left to deal with last-minute cancellations, threats of steep charges, and a dismissive attitude from management. Because of this experience, I will NO longer return to the Pechanga Spa. I hope they will take this complaint seriously and make the necessary adjustments to improve communication and customer service so that other loyal patrons do not experience what I did. read more

The spa at Pechanga sits in a large building next to the cove pool. The two story facility has tons of space for both men and women facilities. Treatment rooms are upstairs with the complementary lounge with waters, teas, fruits, and snacks. I especially liked the thick comfortable robes. The 1 hour massage was amazing and expertly given. The tables are heated, padded and can move, tilt or adjust electronically. It was fantastic. Beau was the outstanding therapist that gave a relaxing Swedish massage. Afterwards, they offer complementary fruits, waters, teas, and snacks while you unwind. When you're ready. You can make your way downstairs for men's and women's steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, showers, and more. The spa experience was one of the best I ever had among any Resort or hotel. I've been to many spas, and I will say I have a pretty high standard when it comes to the amenities, service, and the spa treatments! By far in California, This is my favorite place to go. I'm just so sad that it is almost 2 hours away from me. We did a 55 minute massage and it was so blissful super relaxing my Massage Therapist really got into the areas that I needed! And was very knowledgeable which I really appreciate and we also did a lot of facia work. I was really impressed by how clean the bathrooms were and the service here is impeccable. I really think they deserve the five star! The service here is super professional as they really do. Want you to have a relaxing time here! They serve hot tea and some little nibble food up in the lounge before you get into your session and the women's has a private sauna steam, and dry with a Jacuzzi. I had the best time at Spa pechanga. Phoebe checked me in and out and was the best! Super courteous. They then call over a spa attendant to resort you inside to give you a tour. The best! Tip: she tells you to wait for your service on the 2nd floor lobby 15 minutes before the service but you can go there any time. There are lots of snacks and drinks upstairs and outside seating with a great view. On the first floor there is a covered jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna. All in great working condition. Come during the weekday and you'll practically have it all to yourself. The robe is super soft and very heavy! There is someone there always cleaning and picking up after you. Also, in energy shower Stall they have provided a towel, Mat, shower cap and razor kit. This place had thought of all the little details. I had a facial and Diane did a great job. Came here for a bachelorette and loved it! The spa is beautiful and immaculate. It has lockers rooms with sandals (although not comfortable!), and a nice white robe to wear around the spa. There's shower rooms with shampoo, conditioner, shaving set and the infamous eucalyptus spray in each shower stall. There's also bathrooms, dressing rooms, and a get ready room with hair brushes, hair sprays, and hair dryer. That have a quiet room down stairs, a steam room, a sauna, a large European style hot tub (where women may go topless) and an outdoor pool for both men and women. There were a ton of pool chairs available at the time we went. Upstairs they have a large quiet room with complimentary teas, fruits, and baked good available. This spa is beautiful and the service was nice an attentive for our entire group. Upon arrival you get a tour because this place is pretty big. I didn't schedule any services, but for $75 you get to hang out at the spa and use all their amenities and that was perfect for me. I would definitely go again! read more

Prior to COVID, my father purchased three gift cards for this spa at $200 each and gifted them to me, my sister, and my mother. All of us live in the Temecula area, so it seemed like a great gift at the time. Well, you know what happened next - COVID - and of course there was nothing we could do but wait for the spa to re-open. When the spa finally did re-open, I called to book and was told there's a new policy in which you cannot make an appointment unless you're staying at the hotel. This makes no sense for us considering my parents live close enough to walk to Pechanga. On top of this shady new policy, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, put me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence, and promised me a call back which of course never came through. Please note this policy has nothing to do with COVID or safety. That's the excuse I was given, but there is no reason why booking a spa appointment for a hotel guest would be safer than a non-guest. read more

I wish I could give this spa a better review but the service I received was a bit forced and not all that good. So #1, the spa is not open to the public. It's only available for the people who stay at the hotel UNLESS you buy any 50min session. So I booked a citrus lavendar manicure for $70. I didnt expect much from the manicure and I didnt get much either. My cuticles were messy and the paint job was bad. I could do a better job painting my own nails. So I would probably give a 1 star for the manicure. At day 3, I had to remove and repolish. But the spa itself was great! Nobody on a Friday except for a couple of middle aged couples...me and my friend was the youngest there. Hehe There's a private pool and cabana which is free to use. We ordered a bottle of bubbly and just soaked in the heat. They have a menu which comes from the hotel. Wish they gave us more ice since it was 114 degrees outside! The lounge upstairs has fresh berries, some chocolate snacks, tea, coffee and different types of infused waters. The girls working the spa was really good at catering to everyone and keeping the areas clean. The showers were nice and roomy and had things like shampoo, conditoner, body wash, shaver and shaving cream and etc. The robes were nice and soft as well. Wish they gave us 2 robes...a lighter one and heavy one. The hotel pool is right next to the spa and you can go there as well. The spa will give you a bracelet to wear for access. Tonight I attended a spa review party to get a glimpse of Pechanga's brand spanking new spa. Note that I have not yet had any spa services here. This 25,000 square foot spa facility is part of Pechanga's recent expansion, which also includes a new wing of rooms, the Cove pool area, large convention rooms and a new lobby entrance. It's all just fabulous! There was a cost of $25 to attend this spa review party. There was champagne, Wilson Creek winery, appetizers, spa vendors, swag bag and samples, and sample spa treatments offered around the outside poolside area. There are cabanas and comfy seating here. Then came a tour of the spa area, which is gorgeous! Women's and men's locker rooms are downstairs. Each have their own wet and dry sauna, a large jacuzzi spa and a calming/relaxing area. Treatment rooms and coed areas are upstairs. The gal said there are 17 treatment rooms, including spa suites. The relaxing/waiting area here is so inviting. The upstairs patio offers a glorious view of the golf course and the backdrop of the surrounding hills. On the ground floor is a very large gym, with a separate area where they hold classes. There is a nail and hair salon too. A minimum of a 50 minute spa treatment includes use of the spa and gym. Access to the spa without a treatment is also offered for $40 (I think this also includes access to the Cove). Pechanga did a really good job with their expansion. I was told I would be charged for the entire service because it's within 24 hours of service. Going to a spa and be forced to "relax" and leave a sick kid at home or pay the hefty fine shouldn't be a spa objective. Needless to say 0 star if that was possible. This place is either great or disappointing, depends on what you're looking for I guess. I have mixed feelings and you'll see why. In my case I was expecting it to be a in and out type of experience, I was not expecting to want to hang out or stay after the massage at all, I was expecting to get some kinks out of my neck and back and feeling less tense. We stayed at pechanga for a company Christmas party and decided to book a massage for the following morning. We booked a couples massage which had no real price break. This was a traditional massage where they were to focus on our problem areas. I get massages pretty regularly so I understand they have to do full body but the masseuses arrived late and completed on time, which meant our massages were only about 40- 45 minutes long (unacceptable). I also thought that the pressure was terrible (not enough). Bottom line one of the worse massages I've had and maybe I should've asked for more information about their traditional massages. I am actually giving my stars for the facility and service from others. It is nothing compared to Glen Ivy but it offers a little more than a normal hotel spa. We came in pretty early and it was a week day so it was pretty much empty. We got to hang out at the lounge upstairs and in the heated pools outside after our massage. We had a relaxing time in those co ed areas. They also offer healthy snacks and tea which are great. They also have a lounge area, dry sauna, wet sauna and jacuzzi in the women's and men's locker room. Upon arrival I was given a locker that had slippers a nice bathrobe and bottled water for use at the facility. I would come back and plan on staying longer because I felt that it was pretty accommodating for what it was and had just the right offerings imo. I would also be more detailed when I book my massage and not just willy nilly book any massage with any person. Another Con to mention is that I was overcharged and had to call to get it corrected. I've been to plenty of spas and this one is definitely one of my favorites! My best friend and I planned a girls trip to stay two nights, gamble, and relax and nothing was disappointing. We scheduled for a facial and massage during the week which was so peaceful because there was less people at the resort and even less using the amenities, it was only us two to experience the steam room, dry sauna, and private pool and cabana space! We also had access to the Cove Lounge which is a 21+ pool with swim up bar and we could move between the spa and the pool with little hassle. The view of the golf course was beautiful from the inside waiting area where you could enjoy a selection of teas, infused water, and light snacks. Totally planning on visiting again for a moms trip and hoping to try the super clean and modern gym located next to the spa front desk. read more

Spoken in my true style is honor of truth, not biased falsehoods. There is opportunity in truth, in lies there is no opportunity. So here goes.... First off, the ladies at the front desk of spa we're outstanding ladies. They were all polite, and knowledgeable. Owm was the message therapist that gave me a 80 minute, theraputic massage. She was incredible, and quite skilled. All of these ladies are quite the asset to this fundamentally lacking establishment. Without them, I wouldn't waste my time patronizing pechanga spa. The decor of the spa overall is oddly misplaced. It reminded me of a ten year olds visual fantasy of a crystal palace with pools. Going into the women's locker room , you will see MANY ominous doors. Don't get your hopes up, because it is only a shower, a toilet, or more bathroom vanities. Near the end is a steam room on the left, and a dry sauna on the right. Go ahead in either one, but don't lose your robe cause there is only three hooks to hang your stuff on. As an alternative, you can walk all the way back to your locker, put your stuff away, then come back to the saunas dressed appropriately. After that point, you may want to use their "hydrotherapy" jacuzzi. Do not slip on the water filled tile surrounding the jacuzzi, and don't bother finding a place to put your stuff, cause there is none, besides a planter. Once you hopefully make it in the jacuzzi, enjoy the jetted "hydrotherapy" that targets those really good spots, such as your ankles, and top of your butt. Then find your way out to the "co-ed" pool and jacuzzi-also with the same jets, only cooler water. Enjoy the eye sore waterfall of steaming cool water that is buzzing in your ear the entire time. Make sure you observe the bold print listed next to the pool rules. My favorite one reads a cautionary decree that reminds you to not have diherrea in the previous days before submerging yourself along side your companions. Since this is the only amenities they offer, your next stop is up slippery glazed MARBLE stairs to wait for your spa services. They may, or may not have snacks, and tea. Depending on if they feel like stocking this amenity. Otherwise, you may wish to open the cabinets, and get some yourself. You may also like a clean area to sit and enjoy the possibility of having a snack, so the lounge is just the place to wait. You may have to clean others plates, and trash though. So that's my review. Since we're talking in the realm of gambling, I am betting the engineer who designed this spa has never been to a Vegas spa. If their aim was to compete with Pala, here's Pala right in Temecula, aim high!
