Worst experience ever with First Love Tours out of Detroit. Got a bus for a high school in Ohio…read moretraveling to perform in Jackson State University Homecoming parade over the weekend and it started rough out the gates. We were given a loaner bus because the bus we were to get was being serviced which was not told to us until the bus arrived after it was late from being in an accident. The loaner bus had no AC and broke down leaving us stranded 45 minutes into travel. First Love put us in a hotel for the inconvenience after a 6 hour wait which was a 1 star hotel just horrible and did not match the quality or pay of the hotel we were to be in that day. Next morning, we finally got the bus we were to get and out the gate the restroom did not work, the driver we had was very inexperienced had issues on controlling the temperature and drove very slow making us miss everything we had planned that day. He also hit several curbs, ran over construction cones, ran over medians in the road on top of many near misses. The driver had a guest with him who took one of our paying seats that we accommodated for and was very rude. We were dropped off and when time came to board back on, we either had to wait awhile for the bus or walked several blocks in unsafe territories to get back on the bus. We left Jackson Mississippi around 9am and did not return back to our destination in Ohio until 330am very much out of our expected return. The kids felt very uncomfortable, unsafe and scared during the duration of the travel, parents were very upset with what had occurred. The kids missed two days of college events that they were supposed to attend. Will not use again.

We had a driver name Edward . He was very friendly and on time . He was at our home 30min Prior to the pick up . We got at the airport on time. We also used him coming back . Such a great company . I waited for an hour, called the phone number I was given with no response. Finally, at close to 11pm I received a response telling me his driver waited and had to leave. "Sorry for any inconvenience this caused you". I called UBER and am now paying $75+tip for my ride. I am so disappointed & fed up. NEVER again! Don't trust this company, may even be a scam! P.S. his driver was to call me when he reached the airport - nope, no call either.

Well.... how should I start this?…read more I met Shevone about three years ago. When she worked at a different travel agency and she has been my travel agent ever since. Our first experience, she sent us to Cancun for a bachelor party. It was the best time I have had in my life because of how well she put together our package. Our flights had no long layovers. We went direct from DTW to CAN. Also, how we were taken care of at our hotel is out of a storybook. They brought us amazing cocktails and apps to enjoy while checking in it was like we were in a lounge enjoying a good time and it's all because of the special touches of our travel agent. It's amazing how we were upgraded to suites because of Shevone and her relationship with the hotel. (She has A big client base and earns pull with big hotels to send her clients to) All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the way were treated and that was most important. So for VIP treatment I recommend this agency.
