8/23/2022. Today, I…read morereceived a telephone call from John the co-owner of Corporate Travel. John wanted to apologize to us for the poor service we received from Corporate Travel since my original review was posted. John explained many areas of his business with his brother in law as a family business and how prior to the Pandemic, they had a thriving business with 100 employees. They had spent a great deal of money switching to an "off site" computer storage company that went out of business at the end of March 2020 after the shut down and lost a great bit of information with all those who were to be traveling, the postponements, not getting their monies back from all the commitments they had throughout Europe etc. None of that was my fault, but he wanted to let me know that basically their business had very little income if any income for those 2 years and yet somehow they were able to provide a service to us. I fully agreed. I think John told me that they had 18 employees now and that when they had to lay off their employees at the beginning of the Pandemic (some who had been long term employees) and that they reached out to other businesses to help ease this transition for these employees. Yes it was the Christian thing to do as John stated. I reiterated my points on how his company changed and still in my opinion, not for the better. The frustration level of receiving an email but not from anyone in specific! John knew nothing of this and was very sympathetic to our frustration. John wishes I would have reached out to him, in retrospect he is correct. For that I am sorry. That's why I am raising this review to a 4 stars. Even my wife said, that if the Diocese of Saginaw ever took another trip (possibly Rome or Jerusalem) that we would consider it if our friends (new friends from the Oberammergau trip or our good friends from Bay City) were going. Plus if I have concerns, now I have John's extension and he said that in the future if I have problems to give him a call. I surely will! Thank you John for reaching out, wish I had done the same.

We had a driver name Edward . He was very friendly and on time . He was at our home 30min Prior to the pick up . We got at the airport on time. We also used him coming back . Such a great company . I made arrangements with Royal Treatment transportation for a 10:07 pick up from DTW. The price I…read morewas quoted was excellent and I confirmed. I waited for an hour, called the phone number I was given with no response. Finally, at close to 11pm I received a response telling me his driver waited and had to leave. "Sorry for any inconvenience this caused you". I called UBER and am now paying $75+tip for my ride. I am so disappointed & fed up. NEVER again! Don't trust this company, may even be a scam! P.S. his driver was to call me when he reached the airport - nope, no call either.

She did a great job on getting us all where we were supposed to be. The hotels that she chose for us were beautiful and very convenient for us to get around to all the sites. On The first night we were in Italy my husband and I were having a difficult time getting our phones to work. We had our trip all mapped out on Google maps. However, our phones were not cooperating. The Hotel Grand Baglioni in Florence had a great resource. Each room was supplied with a phone loaded with everything that you would need. It was a game Changer for us.
