Clothing was sorted by size, making it easy to browse and find items quickly. I don't think this was Eclipse's fault, but it seemed like PopFlex rotated merchandise throughout the week-long sale. My friend visited the day after I did and found skirts and swimwear, whereas my shopping day featured mostly black leggings, onesies, sherpa jackets, and denim jeans. Keep in mind is that you'll want to shop efficiently because the checkout line moved quite slowly. There were only two cashiers working, which created a bottleneck once people were ready to purchase. I ended up buying four items and there is additional discounts offered when you purchased 8+ pieces so my cousin and I combined our pieces. As for parking, the event advertised that the first two hours were free at 123 S. Robertson Blvd, but I was definitely charged by the hour. Overall it was still good to check out the sample sale. If I lived closer, I probably would have returned for another visit, but the drive out to West Hollywood is a bit of a trek for me.

My wedding is in October, and I came in with my fiancé specifically looking for a cute, short white dress for my second look. I remembered this store had a wedding section, so naturally I expected the staff to be helpful and understanding when I explained that I was a bride shopping for my wedding. Instead, I was completely dismissed and treated like I was an inconvenience. I found a dress I liked and was trying to find a size that might fit me when one of the sales associates approached me. Rather than actually listening to what I was looking for or acknowledging that I was a bride, she sent me across the store to a different dressing room. Because wedding dresses require clips, the associate helping me contacted the wedding section over the walkie to ask for clips. Nobody bothered to respond. She eventually had to walk across the store herself to ask, she came back to tell me they were brining it over and then after waiting another 5 min she was told that all of the clips were being used. At this point, I had already been waiting 15 minutes just to be able to try the dress properly and show my fiancé what it looked like. I finally told the associate that I just wanted to take the dress off because I was having an awful experience. And then it somehow got even worse. As my fiancé and I were WALKING OUT, the store manager had multiple employees following us out of the store. The way we were treated was absolutely humiliating and completely unnecessary. We were treated as though we were criminals or some kind of threat when we had literally walked into the store as a couple trying to shop for a wedding outfit. There was zero customer service, zero communication, and absolutely no effort to make a bride feel welcome. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and genuinely shocked by how poorly we were treated.

On both occasions I found that the store was super organized and had all the styles and sizes that I was looking for (note I went early on in the collaboration release, so if you go late you may not get what you're looking for) and also I found that this GAP usually had other deals had going on as well. Staff also was super helpful, both on the floor and also in the dressing room. I have to shout out one particular sales rep - Aileen - she was at the register and gave top notch service - was super friendly and helpful, such wonderful and gracious and friendly service, felt so at home, just lovely to be around. I would definitely shop there again just for her! The Grove has parking but it's usually paid, a few places validate, GAP will only validate with a larger purchase.

Based on that, he pulled several beautiful options: a deep ivory silk wrap dress, a classic black midi with gold accents, and a cream column dress with soft draping. What stood out was how Austin treated my mom--not as just another customer, but like a VIP. He made sure she felt comfortable, offered honest and helpful input, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. When her size wasn't available in one dress, Austin immediately checked nearby locations and offered to arrange a transfer. He also clearly explained Chloé's return and tailoring policies, without us even needing to ask. It was our first time shopping at Chloé, and Austin made the whole experience feel personal and luxury-level. My mom ended up choosing the ivory silk wrap dress, and she hasn't stopped talking about how special the experience was. She was super nice & sweet and answered my questions and immediately placed my first order. When it arrived it blew my mind!! I love it so much!!! Once the store opened I was able to visit and make additional purchases. Every time I wear a dress, skirt or any outfit from made by Geebin or from Cossamia I receive so many compliments!!
