This ended up being a lovely experience. To be honest , I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a swimsuit. I no longer have the young hot bod I once had and being a bit hard on myself (as many of us women can be ) it felt a bit depressing trying suits on that once would have looked amazing but were not feeling that way today. But, the women that worked in there were so kind , helpful and really knew which swimsuits would look the most flattering . I was given a couple of suits I wouldn't have considered trying on and they looked chic, elegant , and made me feel much better about the whole situation . I even got a gorgeous cover up to compete the look and I'm feeling much more confident about my vacation now. :) Thank you ladies! However, for this special store and an extraordinary person who works there, it was absolutely a must. I've been getting my bathing suits from Everything But Water for many years now. I used to visit the Beverly Drive location, and while I was heartbroken when it closed, I was thrilled to find the Century City Mall location, which is just as convenient for me. If you're looking for anything poolside--from hats to cover-ups, bathing suits, sunglasses, and more--this is your one-stop shop. Now, let me tell you about an angel on earth: Kayla. She is truly a gem and has been an absolute lifesaver for me many times over the years. Kayla, if you're reading this, thank you! Thank you for making bathing suit shopping a breeze and for always bringing out so many thoughtful options based on what I like. Thank you for greeting me with a warm smile the moment I walk in and keeping that energy until the second I leave. I especially appreciate how you never make me feel pressured to buy anything but instead create a calm, enjoyable experience where I can decide what I truly love. I don't ever write reviews but had to for this shop. It's tucked back in the corner next to All Saints and Bloomingdales. I had searched high and low for a cute bathing suit all over town and couldn't find anything. I thankfully was recommended this shop by a friend and as soon as I walked in I could see why. Kate and Malaiya were beyond welcoming. They were kind, patient, brought a variety of suits, checked in, made me feel fantastic and went above & beyond! I honestly could not thank them enough. I found a unique, beautiful and quality suit (honestly wanted to purchase 4). It's not everyday that you see that kind of service and especially in this city. Dropped-by tonight to search for good swimwear for the Christmas holiday. A lot of cute and stylish bathing suits but none in my size! After trying on some cover-ups, I found a piece from Trina Turk that was flattering on my body and the feel of the fabric was amazing! I loved that this store carries good quality items. I liked the decor of the store and that the racks were not packed, made it easy to flip through the options. The staff were very welcoming and approachable! A special thank you to Bridgitte for her professionalism in understanding my needs and for patiently helping me to find the right bathing suit. Jill and Kayla were amazing!! I ran in there and said I had 20 mins to find a whole new swimsuit wardrobe for a beach weekend with colleagues that I was dreading as I never want to be seen in swimwear in front of work people. They were wonderful, making great selections, giving honest feedback and had me out of there with two swimsuits and two cover ups in 25 mins. Best customer experience I have had in a long time. Upcoming beach vacation and in need of some new bathing suits. Everything But Water is my favorite store for swimsuits. Their new location in the Century City mall is slightly smaller than the one in Brentwood. The woman working there was incredibly helpful and was able to pick out the most gorgeous bikini that I love! Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's because they carry high end brands. They also have some more affordable swimsuits as well. They carry hats, coverups, jewelry and more accessories. read more

This is my first time at this location at Century City Mall; close to Bloomingdales Men's Section located on the first floor. The store is very organized and clean. The store has amazing swimwear, trendy coverups, and accessories; even better with affordable prices! The sales associate, Bridgette was friendly and helpful. I purchased a bikini top and wanted to return it the same day later on. Just because the tag was not attached to the top but on the side in the bag they would not take it back or exchange it! This is the most ridiculous thing ever. Most of the stores with receipt and tags detached would at least exchange. Shame on the Manager Bridgette for threatening her employee to fire her or get her in serious trouble if she would see her on camera accepting it back. Wtf!!! Don't work in customer service if you do not understand it and if you can care less about customers. read more

I had my Cancun trip coming up and was in desperate need of bathing suits since I have always had difficulty finding fitting bathing suit tops to hold and support. I wanted to switch to one piece and try them out. I had the two best sales staff Kayla and Rebecca. They showed me the right suits with great hold. I've been to a few other Everything But Water locations and this one is by far the best. Shopping for swimsuits can be torture but the salespeople at this location were very helpful and honest, VERY important (the honesty part) when your hard to see backside is just a tropical vacation away from being the center of attention, either for good or bad. The salespeople encouraged me to try on suits I didn't love on the hanger but actually looked good on my body. If you're looking for a suit, please give this new location a try. read more
