I was willing to do whatever it took to get back on my feet after numerous attempts at therapy whether it was through my insurance provider or private practice. I was a bit skeptical at first about hypnotherapy and life coaching because of the heavy price tag attached but here's what happened. We had a counseling session to see what was going on in my life and how we could go about regaining my clarity and confidence. She helped me realize that there was a lot of past trauma that I had to forgive myself coupled with the bitter truth that my self-destructive tendencies may not have been my fault but is ultimately my responsibility to address. I'm not too sure if the hypnotherapy programmed my subconscious that allowed me to take more action in my life than floating around. The month after our sessions I made more progress in regaining my health by choosing healthier foods and cutting out smoking. I also found a new hobby of swing trading and opening myself up to diversifying and growing my wealth from my savings, severance check and Unemployment Benefits. I ended up doing extremely well as I was confident in my buying and selling stocks by reading trends in the market and a little bit of intuition in the tech industry. I must say it took longer than I expected ( 3 months ) since I had to ask for a copy of my Baccalaureat at the Rectorat de Montpellier after finding out that showing my license d'anglais from 1985 and the transcript of the DEUG was not enough since I did not have the transcript for the License nor the copy of the DEUG . In a nutshell I had half of the documents needed and it froze my ability to know what to do next. In other words I procrastinated. So I decided to have my Baccalaureat evaluated instead of the License. The staff of ACEI are very helpful. It is not their fault when people do not read properly the application terms or do not have on hand the documents that are needed to prepare an evaluation. I wish I did a better job at keeping my Bac, DEUG, License degrees in one place than I did with my photo albums. ;) Thank You so very much ACEI!

I needed ACEI's services to start a Master's program. After ordering an evaluation of my French diplomas, I later paid for a one-day rush delivery on a Wednesday. The delivery was explicitly guaranteed for Thursday. Instead, it was sent late on Friday--too late for my university recruiter, who had already left for the weekend. ACEI offered nothing more than an apology. No compensation. No accountability. To make matters worse, the following Monday my university recruiter informed me that ACEI had sent only my high school evaluation, completely omitting my bachelor's degree. As a result, my evaluation was unusable. Contacting ACEI is nearly impossible. There is no direct customer service: only a chat powered by a useless AI, emails that are never answered, and a phone line that plays a recorded message telling you to use the chat or email. I spent hours trying to get the rest of my evaluation delivered, with no meaningful assistance. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and careless with time-sensitive academic documents. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. UPDATE: ACEI eventually offered a commercial gesture and assured me that the correct documents had been sent. However, my recruiter confirmed that he received only half of the evaluation. At this point, it is impossible to know where the failure lies... I truly wish I had read the other reviews before using their services. There are a lot of one star for a reason Updating my initial review: ACEI deserves one star.
