It's just such a relief to find a contractor that you can trust and use. The company did a fantastic job of removing our popcorn ceiling. They work even off hours and on holidays to make sure the project finish on time. Jamie also helped us with patching up the wall and repainting. Not having had any references or seeing any reviews, I took a chance with them and am so glad I did! Jaimie and Christian did a great jyob for us! We had major patchwork to be done on my ceilings from holes and water damage, as well as some patchwork on my walls. They look as good as new now...actually better because they removed the popcorn from the ceilings and finished them with knockdown and fresh paint! I've seen bad knockdown before but my knockdown looks really nice! They were very professional and DEPENDABLE! The bid was reasonable and they met the timeframe we discussed. They were all very personable and cleaned up well each day and after the project was complete. They even power washed their white footprints off my front steps and sidewalk! Jaimie was also very informative. He gave me some great painting tips. Lastly, Ericka was great to work with from start to end - super prompt email communications - answered all my questions and sent me accurate bids/invoice. Thank you so much to all of you!

This would be a five star review if not for the total cost to me. While I found AtheH to be…read morecompetitive, my late wife and I were pretty good painters and MUCH less expensive. However I have to admit that the final results (including prep time and cleanup) are far better and considerably more meticulous than anything we could have done. I had a need for both exterior (+lead abatement) and interior work. While supply chain shortage of matching paint colors stretched out the overall project, AtheH (Randy in particular) kept me regularly informed and made sure that I didn't fall through the cracks during the prolonged process. In the end I am happy with the interior work. The exterior appears greatly improved as well. Alas, both required repeat visits but all was done at no extra cost and throughout reps were gracious and professional. As icing on the cake, my final fees were lower than the amount owed on the original invoice. I do remain a bit unclear as to exactly what the exterior lead removal (adhering to rigorous protocols) really did (other than add considerably to the price). Cost aside (and when I blanched I may well have been living in the past) all things considered I'm happy and satisfied. Oh what the heck, five stars it is.To my eyes Admire the Hue did great work. It's often been said: "You get what you pay for." In my experience a high price is no guarantee of high quality. However high quality almost always carries a higher price tag. I will clarify that I did raise these issues in an email to Randy well in advance of leaving a review. I received no response. It was only after I posted my review that a representative from the company left a message wanting to "discuss" how to improve their process. Other than stating it in a review, I do not believe they did offer to do anything to address the issues or provide a partial refund for the supposed prep work that was never completed. That said, when a Company has failed to supervise their workers such that your home is damaged every time they enter--I'm not sure why they believe we would want them to continue coming back to do the work they failed to do during the first 2 rounds of touch-ups. As time has gone on I have only become more unhappy with the work that was done. We have a lot of cracking, which should not happen in paint that's only a few months old if the area was prepped right. And in doing touchups I've found tape from prior paint jobs that they simply painted over, which is about as lazy as you can get.

What we learned firsthand from our bathroom remodel (down to the studs) was that Sergio and team are superb craftspeople, hard-working, and respectful. Our chose a custom remodel for our 1920's Minneapolis bungalow and our input on every detail was taken seriously and incorporated. The complete remodel includes: walk-in tiled shower with a window (yea!), a non-skid shower pan, and grab bars, new custom cabinets, new toilet, sink and heated tile floor. It's functional and beautiful. The subcontractors chosen by Guaman construction (plumber, painter, electrician, cabinet-maker) were of similar excellent quality.
