I signed a contract with them for a full year. It started Jan '25 ended Jan '26. When the year came to an end I asked them if I could still use all my credits (approximately $450) if I cancelled since my 12 months were up. They said no, if I cancel I cannot use my credits. So I stayed. I booked an appointment around February. They canceled it. I tried to book another appointment a few weeks later, none were available. I tried multiple times to do this but every time they were either booked or not available. In May I had finally had it. I booked 2 appointments and they cancelled them. When I called to ask I was told I needed a consultation before said appointments. So I booked a consultation and an additional appointment. Cancelled those too! So I walked in anyways talked with someone there and booked 2 more appointments. That was on a Tuesday, on Saturday I received a call my telling me my appointments were cancelled. So I made it a point to talk to a manager. It took 3 days to make that happen. They explained their nurse was in the hospital and as i explained my frustration she said she could give me appointments the next day. I told her that would be impossible since I had to work. They booked me for several costly appointments anyways. I called to make sure they were aware I would not be there because if I don't show up there will be a fee. I just wanted to be able to use my credits, I am now very uncomfortable going there after all these awkward conversations. I have tried everything and they will not help. I am also now forced to go to the office in San Marcos because Temecula no longer provides many of the services I would like to receive. Don't sign a contract with this company it's a trap and a scam. They lure you with promises of multiple services and provide nothing but weight loss injections. I am owed approximately $1000. I was very excited to have a non surgical fat meltdown service performed however I was notified the day before that their machine had to be serviced . I received multiple text messages stating that I had canceled the appointment which I DID NOT! When contacting the office, I was asked to contact a different phone number and I spoke to Emma . An appointment was scheduled for this Tuesday however Emma called me again today stating that my appointment was canceled yet again . This office has poor communication skills both with me and amongst themselves. Additionally, I paid $30 when I signed up. I hope I get a refund.. Worst Facility I Have Ever Dealt With SCAMMERSSS!!!! This is hands down the worst medical facility I have ever encountered. Every single program is out-of-pocket, yet they do not fully disclose costs upfront and actively mislead patients about pricing. I was told about a $149 program, only to later be charged far more than what was explained. The pricing is vague on purpose, and by the time you realize what's happening, you're already being billed. I attempted to resolve this by speaking with a manager-Christopher Thompson(Provider) and states he is the owner, who I had already interacted with during my first appointment. His customer service was absolutely horrible: dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue. HR was just as useless and did absolutely nothing to address my concerns. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for both the program and the cancellation fees. This entire operation feels predatory and focused solely on squeezing extra money out of patients. I work in healthcare myself, and I have never experienced such unprofessional, unethical behavior in a medical setting. The higher-ups clearly do not care about patient complaints-only about profits. Screams of a scam operation. I was super interested in learning about this places weight loss and body contouring services. So much that I paid $30 for a consultation to learn more. After booking my consultation, I started getting texts to set up an account. I'm thinking I haven't even had a consultation yet! I then got another text confirming a treatment that I did not ask for or authorize, since again I had not even had the consultation yet. So I called to try to understand what was going on. The person I spoke to confirmed my consultation and said they also had me down for a treatment. I asked, how could I have selected or authorized a treatment, when I have never been in their office or had any consultation yet? She offered to cancel the treatment and asked what I wanted the consultation for. I said body contouring, as I do not know much about the process or what treatments they offer. She curtly said "we don't offer consultations for body contouring". So this place expects customers to agree to treatments they know nothing about, before ever coming into the office! She also told me I would be refunded the $30 I was charged for a consultation they do not offer. I am highly skeptical this place will refund me a single dollar. I will of course will update this review if they do refund the consultation fee for a consultation I never received and was told they do not even offer. The staff has encouraged me and even told me ways to help. I know there are cheaper places however I like how the staff is encouraging. I have been a member for over a year. And yes, they no longer do botox, but they have their reasons. That is definitely not a reason to stop going here. I started by doing the weightloss shots but they just didn't work for me. I then started BHRT because my hair was falling out like crazy. It has completely stopped! I also did a treatment that sends electric pulses into my face and it did an amazing job of tightening and lifting my lower face. I have had ketamine infusions at three clinics, I would exercise caution with BFF. Ask questions before signing up. I was left alone during my treatment and when calling for help no one arrived for several minutes. I was told by the doctor she was drawing blood from another patient. I don't feel that is a higher priority than a patient receiving a ketamine infusion. During my infusion is also when I learned that they have little experience with treating for chronic pain and they treat mainly for depression and anxiety which is a completely different protocol. This is not what I was led to believe during my consultation. Please do your research prior to scheduling at this clinic for your safety. On 1/9/2024, I received an email from the doctor/owner of BFF Medical Wellness Clinic threatening me to remove or revise my review or he would be informing other ketamine clinics of my behavior. I should mention that he was not present at the clinic during the time of my infusion. I have thought long and hard about my decision to share this email. However, since receiving this I have lost sleep and been suffering from migraines, nightmares, and night terrors which I get in times of severe stress. I have not taken my decision to post this lightly. I hope nobody else is or has been the subject of bullying for posting a negative review. This business has bad business integrity. Beware of their manipulative schemes to convince someone about their $149 monthly membership fee. When I registered on May 7, 2025, a representative assured me that I didn't have to worry about adding my bank account details because they wouldn't charge me unless I agreed to a membership plan. I did not sign up for anything; in fact, I specifically told the representative that I was not interested in any of their services. However, just 10 minutes after leaving the office, I noticed that my account had been charged $99 and $149. I called immediately to inform you that I wanted to cancel my membership and request a reimbursement since I was not interested in any of their services. I was told it would take about 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Today is June 4, 2025. It has now been more than 10 days, and I still haven't received the $149.
