I made an online telephone appointment with this company as per their Instagram recommendation…read more Unfortunately I never received the courtesy of a telephone call. The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. I have the staff members name but do not want to mention it so not to.embarass him for the lack of follow through ( Diego). Im taking a pass on this company. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together. Take responsibility for your mistakes and do better. Good luck to the next business person that wastes their time with your company.

Found this place after someone I know got a ticket in the Los Banos area and so glad we went with…read morethem because it was such a stress-free process. It was the first time I helped out with hiring a traffic lawyer so I can't really comment on the pricing. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. All communication was through email or phone and they provided lots of updates when they showed up to court. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up. Other than that, I still highly recommend them especially if you get a ticket in the Los Banos/Merced area!

Covid hasn't made evictions any easier, but Tele made my first experience with acquiring a "writ of…read morepossession of real property" go very smoothly. Even with holidays, extra requirements for Covid, etc, from the time the first "pay or quit" notice was posted, it only took 8 weeks before the deputies were removing a troublesome, deadbeat. Granted, the tenant did not fight any aspect of the eviction, and the court, and the sheriff's department were very efficient, Tele was Johnny-on-the-Spot with filings, prompts for my signatures, etc. Tele can't make the process go faster, but he can make sure every step is handled quickly, and most importantly, accurately. I recently heard of a local eviction 'specialist' who filed the wrong dates on a landlords paperwork, costing the owner extra months of rent. Not Tele. Tele is friendly and patient - explaining the details of every step, before it happens and adding clarification, again, when it happens. I was very grateful for his generosity of time, as he detailed every particular in the process and point that required attention. In addition to The Paralegal Solutions, I'd direct landlords to the California Apartment Association (caanetorg), if you're doing your own property management. They have every form you need; from screening to checkout, and a lot more.
