I thought it was an alignment not just an alignment check. I do want to note that I have bought tires from this place for the last 10 years on different vehicles and I have always been satisfied with the tires quality and cost. at this time, however, I am not satisfied at all. The tires are wonderful as expected. Going in the tires were very bare and there was a bubble on one and so it was a slow unsafe drive to get there. It was pulling to the right and I had a wobble in the back because there was a pretty substantial bubble. It was a used car I had just purchased for my grandson. My grandson was so excited driving back home. He showed me look grandma. He very carefully took his hands off the wheel while holding them close and showed me that the car was tracking on the road really well and following it and so I wasn't sure if we really needed the alignment but I thought well. An alignment is always a good thing to check. The ride was really smooth and wonderfully. So we're going for the day of the alignment you have to schedule that and if you don't schedule it, they don't worry about it, which was a red flag. It says it's provided with the purchase and they know you've got all these so you would think they would schedule the alignment and the tires being put on together.... but no, you have to actually ask for it or you don't get it. OK so we asked for it and had to schedule it for another day so we came back a few days later during which time my grandson had been thrilled that the car was driving so well. So yesterday we got the alignment check and discovered it was just a check, not an alignment . And then the guy called my brother and my grandson back to explain what was wrong with the car and what he found in the alignment and that it probably would drive OK but that if we had any issues with it, we should bring it back in to be fixed. So we left and just beginning stages. My grandson was concerned and tells me grandma something is wrong and I asked him what he says it feels like the wind is buffering the car, don't you feel the slight wobble? And he lightly let loose of the wheel and it started turning to the right And I'm like what the heck? So we had to go to visit a friend later yesterday and the whole drive, we both realize that something was wrong. he has to pay attention to the wheel and it only goes straight if the wheel slightly turned and there is a slight wobble and it pulls to the right. So why all of a sudden is the acting like it's out of alignment when it was driving so perfectly the last few days after getting the tires? I honestly feel like the man did something to the car to make it need to be fixed. Can I prove it? No, but I certainly feel like that's what happened and while I will go to Mike's Tires for tires, I don't think I'll ever go there again for any kind of mechanical work or alignment and now I feel like I'm gonna have to figure out Where some places besides them that does alignments because now the car needs an alignment where before it was fine

It took just over 5 hours of work along with a 25 minute one way trip to Mexico, MO for the part. I had my 2 younger boys with me. David let us know where the park was and also allowed the boys to watch what he was doing after they got tired of the park. Being a Sunday afternoon on Memorial weekend I was expecting the worse when it came time for the bill. Not that it wouldn't have been deserved. It ended up being WAY less than expected. Today was the 2nd time something like this happened out there. I took my 03 pickup in yesterday and told Kevin I think the starter is going out. He called this morning and said they pulled it in, looked at it and found the nut holding the power cable on had backed off just enough to lose connection intermittently. They could have just stuck a new starter on and charged $300 or $400. They charged a half hour labor and handed the key back with a smile. It's stuff like that that keeps folks coming back. I wish they worked on boats too. I can't express to you how highly I recommend these guys.
