Be careful with this place. I received an oil change on 1/08/2022 and almost had to buy a new…read moreengine for my 2017 Kia Sorento the following day. During the oil change the technician forgot to install the rubber gasket on the premium oil filter which caused the engine to sling oil all over the engine and chassis. I noticed the amount of smoke the following day emitting from behind the vehicle and when I pulled over on the side of the highway the dipstick wasn't registering any oil. I was across the road from a convenience store and was able to purchase 3 qts of oil to put in it. I called Valvoline and they were open and told me to drive it in if I could. I will say the staff that was there that day wasn't the same as the staff the day prior and were very apologetic about the whole incident. The mechanic in charge diagnosed the issue as a missing gasket and proceeded to change the oil and put new filters on again as well as scrub as much oil off as they could. The car leaked a good quart out on my driveway overnight that wasn't easy to clean up. Not sure if the technician was just having a bad day or if this is a consistent problem with this store but regardless I will not consider them for the next oil change and I'd advise others to heed caution as well.

After getting a job near town, my trax started having problems. I took it here because it was the closest dealership to me. Once there, they told me it would a few days before it got fixed because they closed at a certain time (no problem, I understand that) but then they told me that it might take even longer because they might not even have the part. (Really instilling trust already right?). Anyways, the days pass and they finally called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up and that the problem was apparently my "aftermarket subwoofer" that I had installed ever since I bought the car. Let's just say the next day as I am leaving for work, I go to start the car and it's dead.....again.....for a fourth time. After this, I called them and asked them why they didn't fix the problem and the lady had the AUDACITY to gaslight me and told me I plugged in the subwoofer again. I DIDNT. It wasn't the subwoofer... What's crazy is I took the car back home to a dealership that I've been to before, it was a simple fix. The cooling fan relay was stuck...Wasted time and wasted money going to this dealership and unless you wanna do the same...I strongly recommend NOT ever going to this place. I took my truck to this shop with an electrical problem air did not work. The claim this guy made…read morewhen I got it back. The air conditioner was running, but it was not cooling. His claim was that there was something else wrong and was gonna be expensive to fix it. The electrical problem was fixed, but when I took it to another shop, they checked it with gauges and it had double the amount of refrigerant that it was supposed to have. Removed the extra refrigerant the air began to work perfectly. The shop owner called me stupid and refuses to make this right. He charged me for a pressure switch and in another line charge me for a pressure switch plus a connector two separate charges the same switch and refuses to listen to reason. He's left me with no choice but to forward the documentation from his shop and the other shop to the attorney general I will give an update on how that works out
