Both Courtney Phillips & Lauren Boos were so pathetic in their service! Courtney didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me, it's hard enough to go and admit you have a problem and she came in asked what do I have - told me to buy a product - told me what the product would do & out the door she went. I asked her assistant if she was coming back and she said "umm, well did you have any questions?, I can call her back in but she went with her next patient" wow.....horrible service, how do they even have ratings?! Then Lauren Boos, when I wanted to show her my problem area, even with gloves she didn't want to really take a look at it, I went to at least get some questions answered and she didn't know crap, I'm better off goggling the answers than asking these incompetent women. Horrible experience with both, incredible! smh.. Let me start by saying I never got beyond the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff answering the phone; I called today, Nov 14 at 10:18 am. The woman who answered the phone asked me several questions. I told her my husband was a patient. She asked for his name, then asked about my insurance. I said I did not have my card on me but I would get it for her. After we picked an office (there is one in glendale and encino) and an appt time she then began to give me an email to send my insurance info to. I said ok! I may just pay cash for it as I am not sure insurance covers it. So I will see you at x time on x date. She said, oh no. I haven't made an appt for you. I won't do that until you email me all the information I have asked for but, I made a chart. So she has all the info, we set a time and date, she made a chart but NOW after a nearly 10 min call she refused to make an appt for me. "I wont do that until I know you are being truthful about your insurance and I have verified it" Absolutely unacceptable treatment. So I call back. I ask for an office manager. The woman answering refuses to transfer me until i give a name. She then, when I did, scoffed at my name, "uh huh. Hold" like I was making it up. Seriously never ever had such an experience just trying to make an appt. AVOID unless you want unbelievable rudeness and frustration with your appointment. read more

This is my second time visiting this facility and the service is outstanding. My daughter is having acne treatment and her skin has improved dramatically. I've been to this office so many times, I've lost count at this point. The front office staff is great but the wait time is hit or miss when getting in for your appointment. The doctors are well worth the wait though. Dr.Maggio has been my go to dermatologist since she came to this office & I return to her for a reason. She's been extremely knowledgeable, diligent & thorough doing my skin checks, biopsies & surgeries. She always takes time to explain procedures & to answer any questions I may have. I actually find myself looking forward to seeing her smiling face. I saw PA Lauren Boos on 2/16 for a consult on a medical issue and a cosmetic one. I had a host of skin problems I wanted to address but figured I would only ask about the immediate ones. I figured it would be a quick 5-10 min appointment. I was wrong. Lauren really took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. I told her what I came in for and Lauren drew out concerns that I wasn't even going to bother addressing such as my seb dermatitis. For those with dermatitis or psoriasis- you know how frustrating derm consults can be. Lauren encouraged me to try a new medication which has motivated me not to give up on this. 2 weeks later I came back in for a procedure and experienced the same comfort level as the first time. No bait and switch. Lauren is just AWESOME and so very patient. It's very disconcerting trusting your face to another person but I felt confident that I was in capable hands. She took her time and I absolutely love the results! I will definitely come back again. read more

I love this dermatology clinic!! They fixed my adult cystic acne on my chin and got me on a prescription regiment that fit my needs. My skin is now wonderfully clear (the best I've ever had)!!! The office is clean and beautiful and the staff is so attentive. I just got off the phone with the manager Sarah who got the refills on my prescription squared away when CVS was giving me the bounce around. She absolutely advocated for me and was a gem. All the doctors here are great, I've seen both Mehrabi and Patel and I am so satisfied with their services. I will def be a client here for a long time!!! Cheers! read more

The front office sucks, very unorganized, undisciplined, unprofessional front office. They don't pay attention to patients and most importantly they forget to check you in and you end up waiting forever.
