When I went there a long time ago I use to see Dr. Grawshaw (R.I.P) after his passing they got some persian guy who sucked so bad that I stopped going. Didn't like the way he was was rushing trying to get to his next patient... what up with that? After a year or two I got a letter stating that Dr. Su will take his place. My faith was restored and said let me try him. I'm glad I did because he reminds me of a young Dr. Grawshaw. Dr. Su is very patent and spends quality time explains things so that you understand it. After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

A couple of months ago, I faced a serious predicament when Huntington Hospital misdiagnosed me with the worst type of cancer. For months, I was unable to sleep, running from one doctor to another in search of answers. Dr. Mehrabi came to mind, and I quickly arranged an appointment with him. The front desk was incredibly accommodating and provided me with the earliest appointment available. Upon my visit, he performed a biopsy, and just one week later, the results confirmed that I was all clear. But Dr. Mehrabi didn't stop there. Alongside his dedicated front desk staff and trusted pathologist, he worked in perfect harmony to ensure clarity regarding my diagnosis. They coordinated with the hospital to review both the old and new biopsy results. After much effort and back-and-forth communication, Huntington Hospital had no choice but to reevaluate the initial biopsy. They discovered that my sample had been contaminated with another patient's sample. Here is exactly what happened: They scheduled my appointment during a time the clinic was closed. I ended up waiting in the hallway for an hour until the office finally opened after lunch. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor literally refused to come out and see me. Predatory paperwork: I was handed paperwork to sign and told I wouldn't be seen without a signature. The document basically stated that I must agree to pay whatever amount they decide to charge, without providing any upfront estimates. Withholding basic information: They refused to tell me what services would be performed, denied providing a price list, and refused to confirm whether they take my insurance or how much of it would be covered. This is completely unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. If you don't want to waste your time, stress out, and risk getting hit with massive surprise bills, stay far away from this office. The staff has absolutely no idea how to treat patients.
