On the evening of Sep-8-2018 between 6:30pm and 6:50pm, the cashier at this store put the wrong…read moreprices on the gas pumps. The cashier would not refund my gas money, nor reset the pump. I continuously asked her too and she refused. This female may have been working here for a month or so. I have shopping at this store for as long as I can remember and I have never had a problem. Not only did she not want to correct the problem that she created, she screamed at me, so I screamed back and I informed her that I didn't understand why I cant get what I paid for or get refunded for my gas. The other customer also asked her to reset their pump, but she refused. To make a long story short we went back and forth in this store as customers watched. I refused to leave your store without my gas or a refund. She reset the gentles pump after about 10 min, but because she was so hot tempered with me., she had me to pull to another pump. It must have been your slowed pump, because it pumped very, very slow. It was almost 7pm when I left this store. She would not give me her name, but I did tell her that I would speak with the manager. I went back to the store on Sunday 9-9, hoping I would get to speak with the manager. I saw that same female, so I turned around and got back in the car, pulled off, and headed to a different store. I really feel that she is not a good representative for your business. Better customer service ethics should be addressed with this employee. Thank you!
