My mother and I went into this store tonight and were attacked verbally by the employee and the…read moremanager. The manager was a very very tall woman with very broad shoulders and dark hair, probably near 6ft tall, the employee was a male, likely late 20s who was a little heavy set and on the shorter side with dark thinning hair and very fair skin. They were degrading us, saying we were "f****ed up" and telling us to hurry up. My mother and I continuing to be nice said were just grabbing ice cream and juice! And the very tall woman said "youre saying that b***ch but you arent walking up to my register." My mom then wanted to leave, I however, just wanted to grab my husband's ice cream and grape juice as we had been driving all day. So I proceeded to ask that woman manager nicely where the juice was and she said "oh good god!! our juice is right over here but I dont know about any grape juice." We walked over and spotted the grape juice and ran to the register as it was 9:57pm- The employee then said "wow, she is more f***cked up than I am" and i said excuse me? And he wouldnt speak another word, just continued looking at my mother and I In disdain and would not answer my question when I said my apple pay wasnt working, he slammed his finger to the right of the keyboard to point where the apple pay was, and was staring at us with his lip curled in anger. As we walked out the very robustly tall woman was standing there staring at us and in a very condescending tone said "have a nice night" then proceeded to whisper "bitch" under her breath. At this point we were outside and I had lost my patience at that point and yelled "you are just angry with your own life; dont take it out on us! " she proceeded screaming at us with the doors closed. My mother and I left. NEVER have I had an interaction like this and we will be calling corporate tomorrow. Our receipt shows we were out of there by 9:59:07pm. They were calling me a "tweeker" because when we walked up we asked are you open? And he said for about 3 more minutes so I said "awesome!
