The customer associate searched for the return label number on his own cell phone and was able to process the return without me having to drive home and get the necessary information. It was my first return, so I was not familiar with the procedure. Customer service like that is hard to find; I was blown away by his kind and helpful service attitude. I will always remember that and shop at Kohl's whenever I can.

Upon going to the register, I found out that I had $10 Kohl's Cash on my account, so I essentially got $15 for free and didn't have to pay for any of the things I wanted to buy! No minimum, and you can use it on clearance items. Too bad Kohl's doesn't really carry anything that I wear besides Van's, undershirts, underwear and socks, but good to know for the future!

It usually doesn't feel busy as you are shopping, but I have experienced having to wait in a long self check out line more often than not. Overall, this Target is a good place to go for a variety of items!
