She knows how to pick the dresses for you base on your figure. My bestie and I were impressed with all the beautiful dresses. I was set on having a fitted sleeved wedding dress. It changed my whole out look when I tried sleeveless dresses. I was set on the 2nd dress. I still tried on the beautiful dresses before making my final decision. I have got to lost of bridal shops since this place and have 10000% better experience than this place. I told every place I went to about this shop and how rude they are and have told lots of brides since as well. The person in charge at this place is quite rude and asks irrelevant questions when you're trying to purchase a dress. I don't understand why the owner needs to know the exact location of your wedding. She asked where it was I kindly mention the city then she asked the exact location & it felt odd but I mentioned it (I didn't have to but I did) and when I told her she said "oh that's way too far for me" which I was still cordial but taken aback because it shouldn't matter one bit where my venue is she isn't a guest? She's neither officiating it nor assisting with anything beyond the dress itself. During my visit, I felt very unwelcome, even though I had all the necessary details ready, like the venue, guest count, and date. Which again, how does the guest count help them help you choose a wedding dress??? I had even checked their website beforehand! What truly matters is that brides feel comfortable asking questions without pressure and are made to feel welcome and not rushed. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and my experience there only added to that stress when the lady told me, "you're not ready to buy a dress" due to some questions I had while wanting to see their selection. Although she did show me two dresses from a rack behind the desk, her attitude was very passive-aggressive. The way they run their store is quite unusual; it might work for some, but for brides just walking in to see what the shop is all about and being met with a condescending attitude is disheartening. I would not recommend this store at all. Go anywhere but here.

She was able to trim and alter not just my own dress, but my aunty's and cousin's as well in a very short amount of time which gave us plenty of breathing room before the planned event even if it was a month away. We would try on the dresses and she communicated with us very well on what we wanted and what she would get done to make the dresses look most suited best for us. Will forsure be recommending to others and coming back ourselves for any future alterations.

When I called to schedule an appointment, she questioned how many other boutiques we were going to visit and asked for their names. She claimed that other places would not allow us to try on quinceañera dresses if we weren't going to buy. She also questioned my knowledge of quinceañera dress pricing. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment not knowing we had more options! When we got there for our appointment, she asked if we were planning on buying today. I told her we weren't sure ....it depends if my daughter finds something she likes. She then told us we could only try on 2 dresses. I explained we had driven 45 minutes and she should have shared when we called to book appointment. She rudely said no one else will allow you to try on dresses. We ended up leaving. There are so many other great boutiques. Don't waste your time with Martha! She's unprofessional, rude and has poor customer service!

Our gowns were being custom made so she gave everyone in our party her personal cell phone number and provided us weekly updates on our order. She even gave our friend who was a BRIDEZILLA and who got her dress at a different store,weekly updates. Shannon went over and beyond for us. even after hours when the store was closed she always respond to our texts and answered our questions. So when my boyfriend proposed to I went back to Jetaime to look for my wedding gown. Unfortunately Shannon was not there that day. So after waiting over an hour for the owner Lupe? to come out and help me which never actually happened! She was to busy getting yelled at by some of her tax clients? in the back room who were pissed off about being audited! I guess the owner runs a bridal/tax store ? Who knows! All I know is that I was just by sitting there not being helped, and listening to the owner being called a liar and incompetent because how badly she messed up how she filed taxes for them. They were even more pissed off when the owner asked for even more money to fix the audit! Why is this tax BS happening at a bridal shop anyway? Sketchy AF! Wait IT GETS WORSE! Even though I desperately wanted to get out of there I could not leave, I felt obligated as a mother to stay there to make sure the 2 little girls which I'm assuming who belonged to the owner, who were not being supervised by anyone, were running around the store screaming and playing hiding o seek between the wedding gowns and pulling off the dresses that were hanging on the display racks and leaving them on the floor while they trampled on top of them!
