Initially, Dustin said it would be a couple of weeks out but after stopping at our house and realizing we were only getting about 1 1/2 minutes before it started to cool down he said he would get to us immediately. This was on a Monday. He called us on Tuesday to tell us he had a new water heater for us and would be out on Wednesday morning to install it and remove the plumbing for the old sink. He arrived Wednesday morning and within 2-3 hours we had a new water heater and the pipes from the old sink removed.
