This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. We chatted about procedures and services to try for my wedding and I never felt like I was listening to a sales pitch, it felt like chatting with a friend. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. "Only a few would be taken" 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. All that combined with scheduling error and wrong insurance plan billed. I suggest avoiding this practice.

She was less than professional and doesn't understand what a Veteran is (POW Veteran) and this goes to show you that no one cares about Veteran Disability status. That Veterans are a commodity to the US citizens and that service to country means Religious and Disability discrimination when seeking care. Reading other reviews now, I'm not the only person they've done this to. I was talked into a crown. I wanted to just get the tooth pulled because it's in the back where you can't see it and it was more affordable, but they said it wouldn't work because of my upper partial. (I could have had it evaluated first) they went ahead and billed my insurance for the crown without my knowledge and that was the first mistake because I later found out what should have been reimbursed to me they kept. They are not there for you... they are there for your money. I had NO issues with my temp crown. once the permanent was placed and the numbness was gone, I started having major pain that they refused to fix. They just kept giving me excuses. After 2 weeks they've seen me once and that's only because I insisted because of the discomfort and extreme pain I was in. All the dentist did was shave it down just a little bit. There was no x-rays or anything to see if there was anything going on inside underneath of the crown that is now slightly loose. They said they explained in the beginning that I might need a root canal after. Isn't that something that should be done as a preventative before a crown. Jill the office manager tried saying it's my fault and gave me attitude saying well what do you want us to do about it and told me there's nothing more they could do and told me to see someone else. (Very unprofessional) Umm this is supposed to be a post crown placement follow up that they refuse to treat. now I'm at risk for an infection and in constant pain. I can't afford anymore work because of my fixed income but I would rather go broke and be out of pain. I set up a GoFundMe that has had no luck. I have no choice and I don't trust them at this point to do the right thing and make it right. some girls in office are great. but I would avoid this place and always check reviews. the low star ratings should have been enough for me to run the other way. And always get a second opinion. This is a pressure procedure place that tries to overcharge. They tried to charge a fee to use a finance company to pay for my balance saying that's what the company charges the office to use the service. However I called the company and found out that was a lie. Then all of a sudden the office told me that they were going to eat the fee lol
