Jay at Excel dental consulted me for free giving me a quote for a new set of teeth that were top of the line with soft linings and his top of the line teeth were far less than the amount I paid the other clinic for the ill fitting middle of the road unlined teeth. I agreed to having him help me and he took impressions for the new teeth. I was immediately impressed with the speed and ease with which he performed this task. The next day I went in and Jay took measurements with a special caliper along with a template that he said he used for lining up the new teeth. He then placed wax molds he had made from the impressions he had taken the previous day in my mouth and did some scribing in the wax with a small metal tool. He said he was lining up where the new teeth would sit in my mouth which makes sense. Then he instructed me to bite down firmly which he said would set the bite of the denture. Jay always returned my calls and was always very professional in all dealings I had with him. I just got my teeth today and I am very very happy with the new teeth as they look outstanding are perfectly aligned extremely comfortable and work phenomenally for eating food. I have nothing but respect for Dr Choi and regard him as the finest denturist you can get he restored my smile and my dignity I am forever grateful to him. I was so happy when I left his office I almost cried because the teeth looked so wonderful and were so very comfortable. However, I needed dentures and tried this business. I had to have the remaining upper teeth pulled because they were so damaged. That made me very nervous. They were pulled in one visit. Dr. Nipple could not have been more gentle. There was an associate doctor assisting. She was like a comforting angel. Both doctors made quick work of the procedure. I went to Excel low expectations. Being on state insurance I was told by other dental clinics that I had to go to UW in order to get dentures with my type of insurance. What they didn't tell me was that it was about a 6mo wait before I would receive my new Dentures. But one day I stumbled upon Excel, and I'm so glad I did. I heard horror stories from people and their experience with their dentist and how the dentures didn't fit right and how painful they were. But I had none of those problems here at Excel. The teeth extraction was very easy and it took only 2 weeks to get my dentures. They look and feel great, I recommend any who is looking for a great dental office then Excel should be your first choice. My father In law needed new Dentures where do we start? I drove past the building on Hwy 99 numerous times in Lynnwood and thought I will check them out. When we went in they were very helpful and accomodating. They explained to my father In Law how the process worked. Last time he got dentures it took a full month to get them. They were poor fitting and too small. Jay do the his work in house so the quality of work is great. We love new ones. He looks 15 years younger because they fill his face out like it used to be. These are the most incredible teeth we've ever seen!! Nobody knows they're dentures unless you tell them- They look perfectly naturally beautiful. Dr. J really knows his dentures.
