Everyone there is pretty nice, very respectful and professional. They've fit me in when I have a tight schedule, so they've always been pretty accommodating. I started Invisalign about a year ago. My dad did Invisalign here so he recommended me. I do really like their work, it's definitely quality. I can't say if it's expensive because I don't know what other practices charge, but it felt reasonable to me. They also have good recs if you choose to further your smile with veneers or composite etc. Would definitely recommend! read more

We have had several issues with follow-up and communication at this office. My son was supposed to receive a new retainer at his April 2025 appointment, but it was never given to us. He has been using the same retainer for over a year and a half, and it is now cracked despite proper care. When I called about replacing it, I was told we had already received one (we hadn't) and that we would need to pay $300. Only after I went in person and asked to speak with the technician did they confirm the truth -- the order never went through last year due to a misunderstanding. Even then, instead of apologizing, the front desk told me they would give us a replacement "for free this time," even though it was clearly their mistake. We've also had previous visits where they forgot to give us last couple of Invisaligns and insisted they had. I'm sharing this so other parents know to double-check everything during their visits. The quality of care is fine, but the office communication and follow-through need major improvement. read more

Absolutely amazing. I just got the attachments taken off after having invisalign for the past year and a half, or so. The process is super easy, including the paperwork and payments. Extremely accommodating to changes and understanding. I have a pretty bad fear of the dentist and sounds but they are extremely nice and gentle during the whole process. read more

My daughter just got her braces off today and we couldn't be happier. The staff is thorough and courteous. We started the process prior to COVID but when it hit, they were quick to develop protocols to protect clients and staff. They are conveniently located in the Mill Creek Town Center. First of course they are better than cheap mail in aligners. The mail in aligners do not fit well, lopsided, can cut into gums, the plastic retainers were not high quality, Invisaligners is more expensive. Because you are actually checking in, and doing things like taking updated xrays, most likely will finish the treatment and worth it in the end. Regular braces offers 100% guarantee, no self discipline, it's mindless, thousands less, faster. But, I will say that regular braces make it much harder to floss and brush, and will leave stain for a at least a few months after removal. Invisalign is their specialty it's been around a long while by now and more than likely their recommendation, I have seen other orthodontists that offer regular braces on the back side of teeth, I think the price of that is slightly higher in price than invisalign. $10k-$15k I've been to plenty of dentists this is a big operation, I thought the snacks were a temporary holiday thing, they have a really good reminder system, and usually have quite a few staff working. In the end I found these guys through Yelp so I wanted to highly recommend you check them out, met all of my expectations. read more

When your pediatric dentist recommends your 7 year old has a consult for orthodontia you run don't walk! Days later we were into Dr Sullivan's office meeting with him and Ida and our plan was in place! We had a lousy experience to say the least with our first expander and a super sensitive/anxious kiddo but Dr Sullivan replaced that with a W arch expander and we were back in business. End of August she had a couple braces put on her front teeth as we were waiting for a couple of pesky incisors to come in and we were quickly seeing changes in her mouth. She got some bottom braces days before Christmas and for those incisors that were FINALLY in and the difference between her smile from August until now, mere weeks since the majority of this round of braces went on is amazing! Everyone at the office is so courteous and our girl feels very comfortable there which is a big deal! When it comes to my care team for me and my family, I am very selective on who we start with and who we stick with for the long haul. I moved to Seattle from North Carolina 3 years ago and one of the scariest things for me was having to find new doctors and dentists. I look for someone who values my time, respects my privacy, listens to my needs, goes above and beyond what I need to help me think outside of the box and treats me like a real person and not an insurance claim. I need to know that my care team is there for me and my family and that when we walk into a practice/office, it feels like home. I always gauge how well a visit is going to go by the vibe I get from the person who answers the phone. When I made our appointments, I felt like I was talking to a long lost relative, who got lost a little in just getting to know me and catching up and we had to get back on track to finish scheduling the appointment lol! When we got to the appointment my son said, "Momma!! That's my name! And my sisters! How do they know??". That personable touch really made me feel good and it was so unexpected but so perfect! We were welcomed by the front desk employee and the care coordinator came right out, as if she came to work just because we were coming! She took us back and had everything so organized and laid out!! I was soooooo impressed at how detailed and structured everything was. Even after the initial "collection of information before the doctor came in", she organized everything for him so it was right at his fingertips!! If he had on a blindfold, he would have never skipped a beat because she was in tune and they were a great team. Again....sooooo impressed and appreciative of that level of service!! Everything about that visit was P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N!!! The technology was soooo next level and my doctor even suggested taking some time to putting together a visual for us to see what the before and after for my daughters care would look like, after presenting 2 options. Well of course, it only got better from there! We came back for that follow appointment today and he presented a "surprise" 3rd option that he said he thought my daughter would like because he remembered her concerns from the last visit. Again....IMPRESSED!! Me and my daughter were both glowing at the fact that he really took the time to study her treatment plan, consider the risks and options, all while making sure he remembered what she desired. I also appreciate how all of the staff from the front desk to the care coordinator and orthodontist, talked directly to my children as well during their visit to make them feel like valuable little/grown humans. I've seen a lot of times where the doctors would JUST talk to the parents and I'd prefer they engage with my kids, as it's an opportunity to teach them about how to engage with doctors. Even more, my son felt so important! He felt valuable and I appreciate that extra extension of care and attention. My heart is so full as I think about how perfect these visits have been and I'm so thankful to be able to cross paths with special people like this. This is truly talent that can not be taught. Of course, learning the ropes of the profession is necessary, but the "bedside" manners and white glove customer service to patients is a gift that everyone doesn't have. They got it right at this practice!! Whoever is responsible for training should extend that globally, because the world could use a lot more of this level of service! My son and daughter goes here for their braces. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly. They are available any time in case of emergency and even on short notice. The price maybe a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. One more nice thing about this clinic is they give something back to their patients by organizing events and contest. read more

Pros: professional set up, provider is very knowledgeable, kid friendly. Cons: more of a fit issue for me. He has a high volume practice so I felt a little like just part of the crowd, felt very pressured to make a large deposit on first visit, understood treatment goals but not why he wanted to proceed in certain way (prefer to be more of a partner in my child's care). I tend to prefer smaller practices with a more individualized sense of service, especially for the amount of money we would be spending for orthodontic care, so did not follow up after the initial consultation. read more

If I could give Dr. Sullivan and his team 6 stars I would! I am 58 years old and decided to pursue invisalign braces due to some shifting of my teeth. Although Mill Creek is not exactly close for me, my dentist assured me that I would be very happy making the trek as she has taken both of her kids there and has has been extremely happy. I was concerned about feeling a bit out of place around all the teenagers getting braces; however, from my very first visit, the entire office was very friendly and always made me feel very welcome. I went to Dr. Sullivan as an adult to get the braces my parents could never afford. It was an excellent investment. I actually show my teeth when I smile now! Dr. Sullivan and all his office staff have an incredibly gentle, professional manner. Their office is comfortable, and well designed for kids, but I never felt out of place there as an adult. I always felt that they were attentive and did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. Midway through my braces, I decided I wanted to switch to Invisalign (the plastic retainer type braces). Dr. Sullivan simply verified that was indeed what I wanted to do, and without any complaint on his part, went about switching the treatment plan. I felt they respected my wishes and there was never any condescension or pressuring. I could go on and on about this office. They were so great with doing anything I needed, from emergency adjustments to new retainers. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan for your orthodontic needs. read more

I don't write many reviews and as you can see from my previous ones, they are usually to complain, so I found it only fair to put something out there when I am beyond impressed, so here goes: I am writing as a parent whose first child is just about to get his braces off - a big deal! I have been so pleased with not only Dr. Sullivan's professional work on my son's teeth (they are perfect!), but also his staff and the facility - everything is top notch! No matter how many patients may come and go each day, it feels like a personal and inviting office. On our first visit we were greeted promptly and taken back for a thorough consultation. My son was of course a bit nervous to get his braces on yet they made the whole process, dare I say it, enjoyable! The assistants take ample time to apprise me of his progress after each visit, and the front staff is always so friendly, patient, and helpful in finding us the appointments that work best for our schedule. My son had a sports injury that involved his mouth, and they accommodated us immediately. Dr. Sullivan himself always makes my son feel comfortable; he is very kind and always takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns, never making you feel rushed. There is an awesome video game area for my younger son to keep busy when I have to drag him along. I could not recommend this orthodontist more highly (I already have to many!). read more

Both my kids loved the experience! The Ortho techs are awesome and fun. Dr. Sullivan is very attentive and really makes you feel informed and cared for. The on call service over holidays and weekends is awesome. Even when we were on vacation with an emergency they had our back. I loved the atmosphere and the set up.
