I am a regular here. The hookah is incredible. I know people who drive all the way from Glendale area consistently to get the hookah here. The flavor and brand choices are endless and especially for the price it's very reasonable. The hookahs themselves are quality making for a very smooth smoking experience. The service is great; consistently giving fresh charcoal and very kind staff. The lounge is very clean, they have great wifi if you wanna study or chill and watch your shows. The environment is very laid back and relaxing. You can hang out and/or do your personal work or studying here. They'll even let you bring food from outside. On Wednesdays they offer free refills and currently have movie night on Thursdays showing 2 movies. Their music plays at just the right volume, so you can still hear your friends. We're glad we did to find Bibi which is a Great spot for Hookahs and great music. They have a great promotion going on, with every hookah purchase free hot wings which were delicious, several flavors to choose from. Very low key with a great ambiance. 2 stars is actually me being generous, I'm giving the 2 stars instead of 1 for the decent hookah and good service. I think the guy's name was Danny and he was very nice. Other than that, this place is worth 0 stars. I was out in Simi Valley taking care of some things and we decided to go smoke some hookah, and the first thing that came up on Yelp was this joint with 5 stars and 51 reviews, so we thought, GREAT! Upon arrival, we were in complete shock because the place was a dump, no joke. Read the rest of my review if you'd like to be entertained. I try so hard to give reviews that stay on the positive side, but this time I just can't, there isn't much room for positivity LOLLL I think the 5 stars are MISLEADING! One might ask, THEN HOW DO THEY HAVE 5 STARS?! Well, well, well... Upon the arrival of the menu to our table, the mystery was revealed. In the very bottom of their menu it says "Leave us 5 star Yelp review and get FREE refill". UH HAH! So, in order to get your FREE REFILL, you must review them and give them the 5 stars first, right then and there so that they can give your free refill after you post your review. Not a good look at all. I was so turned off by this because it seems that they're literally asking for the 5 stars in exchange for a free hookah refill. Majority of people would do this, but that's just not me. Parking: abundant, it's in a plaza with some sketchy massage places and shops. I went on a Saturday night around 7PM and everything was closed already and the lot looked so sketchy LOL Ambiance & decor: A very old-fashioned wooden fountain right in your face as soon as u walk in. Looks like something from the 80's. Dark red leather couches and dark brown tables. A tiny silver disco ball hanging from the ceiling that looked like it belonged to a teenager that had a very fun room back in the 70's, the ball was a little larger than a hamster's ball. The paintings on the wall were so mismatched, the whole thing was incoherent. Here are some of the paintings: a wild red guitar, a peaceful landscape with a large tree in the center, a couple walking in the rain, big red lips bleeding... WHAT?! And to make this whole thing better, there was a random dressed up skeleton hanging in the corner. Wow! As we sat down, the server brought us a long rectangular clear plastic plate with 3 compartments. The middle compartment was empty. The side compartments were filled with stale chips on one side, and peanuts with shells on the other side. One of the peanut shells looked like a worm ate through it. I swear to god, it looked like a rat is gonna pass by our feet any minute. The clear plastic plate was so dirty, it looked like it's never been washed. Overall, the place looked like it can be a brothel after hours LOLLL just kidding, but yeah, not coming back specifically because I know that the 5 stars are not genuine and they do not reflect this business. Also, many of those reviews are claiming it's the best hookah joint in Simi Valley. I guess it must be THE ONLY hookah joint there because for the life of me, I couldn't see how that's possible. Bibi's is a little out of place for Simi Valley. N that's not a knock on this place just a knock for Simi. Parking: The lot can get a little full contingent on what time you get there. There are a bunch of restaraunts in there as well as about 3-4 sketchy massage parlors. Interior: Everything inside was extremely clean. The place is 2 stories which is dope in itself. They have a private area upstairs that can host private parties and music. They also play a diverse mix of electric hip hop music. Def had no complaints. As well they had great artwork on the wall that really influenced the vibe. Not to mention the random but very pleasing fountain in the middle of the room. Service: Bibi was there himself (the owner). He was very friendly and attentive. We had a total of 3 different hookah blends, all were bomb!!! I really enjoyed it. As well you get free peanuts with free mini costco water bottles. He never was around to offer assistance or come over to check on us. Which to me is pretty rare in a hookah lounge. I frequent this hookah lounge quite often (after it changed ownership about 3(?)ish years ago and have nothing but good things to say. To start, it is refreshing to have a business that is open late and provide some sense of night life in an otherwise dormant town of Simi Valley. They get a lot of regular customers because of their quality. To start, the hookah is always great, it's packed well, and they were always out exchanging coals often. Also, in the rare chance that it is not packed well or something may be wrong, the owners, both Ronnie and Alex are very nice and helpful in addressing any issue. They also have a really great selection of hookah flavors to choose from, so they have great variety. As far as the place itself, typically, they play music and nice volume that is not too loud or overpowering, but nice to have there. I can have a conversation with my friends without having to yell or scream over the music and noise which can be the case at other lounges. The couches are very comfortable and it's a nice place to come to relax for some downtown or even get some work done as the owners are cool with giving you the wifi password as well. I come here often to finish up some work or just to relax. The set up is pretty open, it has a partially high ceiling so it gives it a nice open feel to it when you walk in and it provides decent ventilation so you aren't sitting in a crowd of smoke all the time. The lighting and ambiance is good too as it is easy in the eyes (personally don't like hookah lounges that are TOO dark or overdo it with the colored LEDs)... it helps give it a relaxing and chill vibe. This is not one of those upscale hookah lounges, rather in my opinion, it is what a hookah lounge should be: somewhere nice and comfortable where you can come to just relax for some downtime and maybe even get some work done. I recommend this lounge to any of my out of town friends who visit LA and they don't mind coming out here. They have all loved it! read more

Got a groupon deal to here and went with a buddy of mine. The service was great and the hookah even better! I had tangerine and sour gummy and it was great! Served with ice in the hose, made it that much more enjoyable. I also had the hummus plate which was surprisingly quite tasty! The chips were just mission tortilla chips and were stale but i didn't come here for the food. The environment was great, very comfortable couches, and the best part is the music wasn't blaring like at some hookah lounges. Freaking awesome! You would think that because of the super nice ambience that it would be expensive but its got the best prices. Only 14 ! You can also byob and chill with ur own drink there. I got the hummus plate and they gave me a lottt of hummus. Owner is super cool and accommodating. Occasionally theyll have a real good dj. Its worth the 15 minute drive from the sfv.
