I came in at one and tried to order lunch with my hookah, but was told the chef wasn't in until two. At two I tried to order food, but he still wasn't there. I ordered orange and pineapple hookah, but that's not what I got. It tasted like a low quality, general blend that burned quickly. The staff rarely checks up on you and they treat the place as their personal lounge for the World Cup more than a job. Shishi Lounge lures customers in without ever intending to deliver quality service. It's a pathetic excuse for a hookah lounge.
