I give Salute 3 stars because I really like the atmosphere and very nice and friendly staff.However the way they serve the food is a no no! We went to celebrate a bday at Salute they serve the food in plastic to go containers. Seriously? If you are charging 24 dollars for a kabab with salad you need to serve it in a nice dish. My friends and I were all so disappointed we felt we came on a picnic LoL They also serve hot tea on a paper cup with no lid! I almost burned myself! But again staffs are supper friendly they go beyond to make sure you are ok. read more

This is by far the best hookah lounge in all of Los Angeles. The lady that owns it has done an excellent job. One of the best bowls you will ever smoke. This place is NOT CLOSED! Not sure why it says that on here but my friends and I are regulars and they are definitely open :) this is hands down the best hookah lounge in the valley. The owner is the sweetest person I've ever met and is always there cleaning, serving, making hookahs, talking to customers. She has employees but is so engaged with her customers to give you the best experience! It makes us feel so welcomed every time. The hookah is better than anywhere else and I love the vibe of this lounge! Definitely recommend checking it out. We've been coming here since they first open and little by little she has expanded the space and put so much thought into it! Soon she will have a tented area in the back as well that is super cute so I can't wait to check that out! It's already looking great! read more

Please stay safe and stay away from this virus hot spot that has NO safety procedures in place! While the place itself was nice enough, It was disgusting to see how not a single employee was wearing any protective gear. No masks, no gloves handling food, only a pretend of distancing and complete disregard for any and all rules and laws created to safeguard people from the spread of covid19. Nothing is disinfected between customers. Complete disgrace! This place needs to be shut down asap! read more

I rarely become a regular, but honestly i like this place. Sits are comfortable, lighting is good, both the guy and the lady who work there are extremely nice. They treat you like a family! Finally! Although this place is brand new, they definitely know what they're doing. I went here with a few friends just to try it out and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike most hookah lounges, this place had the perfect vibe. The music wasn't atrociously loud and the patio area was the perfect mixture between chill, cozy, and an all around great time. The owner greeted us and really made us feel at home. By offering to bring out blankets, quick service, and repeated quality checks we felt like VIP guests. First time going here and I was truly satisfied! Food was delicious, hookah was great and the staff omg they were just so nice especially the woman over there, she gave us amazing service. At first we were sitting inside (before moving to the patio outside) right by the door so the door was being opened often and it was a bit windy (I didnt mind at all!) so then the woman brought me a cute blanket just Incase if I got cold I haven't seen anything like that before, I was amazed!
