Small build your own with chicken

Basically the Asian version of Chipotle or CAVA. Build your own bowl (small or original size) and choose your own base, toppings, protein and sauce, or select a chef-curated bowl. Choices feel like healthy options with Korean and Japanese influences, hot and cold options. Free miso soup available to guests. Prices are reasonable and vary based on your choices. This location has a modern vibe and plenty of indoor seating. The people at the counter patiently answered all our questions. We are from out of town but requested a location in our city!

This one was recommended by a friend from Ohio. I'm so glad I tried it but I'm upset we don't have any in Oklahoma!!! My Korean Beef bowl was amazing!

My first visit to a Bibibop Asian Grill It's a Street food style place where you pick your protein, veggies and noodles or rice. I liked that everything was in small containers and looked really fresh. I chose a bowl of noodles broccoli, corn, kale, carrots, & chicken. With a sauce simply described as "YumYum". They also give you Miso Soup. The food was actually very good. The individual flavors were very good together. Providing a tasty lunch. The Soup was good too. With beverage my lunch cost about $12 The place is Super clean well maintained with comfortable lighting and slightly annoying music. They offer some Craft drinks. I tried the passionfruit one and found it to be quite delightful. This was a great lunch experience. It's in Norwood where McAllister deli used to be. Give it a try

I normally order in person, today I tried online order for the first time, and of course I had to mess up my own order. Luckily the employee quickly helps me fix it. Thank you again! The restaurant has minimal decor, always look well maintained, it gives my piece of mind ordering food here.

The ambiance is casual chic. I loved the lighting, both those hanging from the ceiling and the changing colors on the back wall. Our server was very attentive and sweet. We managed to order a lot of food and most of it was excellent. We were treated to a trio of Spanish peanuts, slightly spicy cucumber and pickled onions that were quite tasty. Taking a taste of each together was a great bite. It was a fun start to the meal. We stared with two appetizers: Stuffed Jalapeños and Chili Dumplings. The stuffed jalapeños were fantastic! I expected them to be spicy hot, but they were not. The stuffing was delicious and each bite was delectable. We highly recommend them. The chili dumplings were also very good, though we've had better. These were spicy, but not overly so. They were good and I'd order them again. Mark ordered one of the lunch specials that offered three rolls. They were good. He liked some better than others. I ordered Sashimi Deluxe, which came with a salad and miso soup. The soup was nice. I liked the dressing on the salad and used it more as a palate cleanser between bites of sashimi rather than relying on the ginger. The sashimi was also hit and miss. The pieces were large, with each easily being twice the size you might find at other establishments. None of them, however, melted in my mouth nor did they elicit yummy sounds. We had dessert. I had Tiramisu cake and Mark had Mango Mousse. His mousse was so good! The tiramisu cake was good, but not outstanding. Both desserts came with strawberries, that were fresh and sweet, and a little scoop of ice cream. I mentioned it was my birthday (because it was) and they gave us my tiramisu case at no charge. That was so sweet! When our server came with the check, she also gave us a token each for the claw machine. What fun! We didn't win a prize, but we won some fun on our way out. We both decided we'd come back without hesitation. We are looking forward to trying ramen next time.

The first time I went I waited like nearly 15 mins to get the check... I think they were short staffed that night and at the same time the server paying more attention to other parties... Today when I went for lunch the experience was better. I ordered a variety of sashimi and the protein roll and salmon avocado roll - no rice. The server seemed new but friendly. One thing I didn't like was the scallop sashimi. Probably the biggest scam in every sushi restaurant. They slice one scallop into 3 pieces and charge you as if it it were 2-3 whole scallops. Either way I enjoyed my experience. Would come back.

Our friend wanted to meet at Wild Ginger and I'm glad she did. We arrived first. I mentioned we were with the party of the person that made the reservation and we were seated. When our friends arrived we learned she requested to be seated in the back. Both of them have trouble hearing and sitting in the back away from the crowd made it easier to hear. The staff accommodated our move from the front to the back with aplomb. I ordered Spring Rolls and Sashimi Deluxe. The Spring Rolls were like a salad in a thin wrapping. The peanut sauce was delicious and overall I felt it was a super healthy choice. The roll filling was crisp and fresh. And now... Sashimi Deluxe. I was so pleased! The sashimi was delicious. Yummy sound-inducingly delicious. Even better was the dish did not include deep red tuna. This type of dense tuna always seems to end up on a sashimi deluxe meal and it is my least favorite. Hat's off to Wild Ginger for skipping it. Every fish was flavorful and melted in my mouth. I'd come back to Wild Ginger for my sashimi fix any day of the week. The miso soup was a bust. It was lukewarm at best and not very flavorful. Mark had Pad Thai. He said it was very good. He always gets Pad Thai when it's available so he has a lot of Pad Thai references for comparison. Wild Ginger again hit the mark. I would not hesitate to return for another delicious meal at Wild Ginger.

(I did visit the old downtown location with a too-large office group back in the late 2010s, and that chaotic arrangement probably distracted me from its excellence.) Recently, it's our favorite bang-for-the-buck place in the metro. Or at least it is when we order the rice bowls. A digression about "bowls": When Chipotle exploded in popularity 15 or 20 years ago, folks compared the bowl (and burrito) assembly-line set-up to Subway. Ten years after that, seems like every fast-casual assembly-line style place was compared to Chipotle itself. Nowadays there's so many fast-casual chains with this model that this style of dining is often dismissed by the office-lunch kids as "slop bowls." I get it: some of these places are terrible and tedious and unimaginative. Even though the rice bowls at Bridges feature this assembly-line model, these ain't no "slop bowls." Instead, this is some of the most explosively flavorful food in town. I don't know jack about Nepali food, but at least at Bridges it's somewhat similar to Northern Indian but less about creamy sauces and more vibrant and complex and herbaceous, at least compared to its local Northern Indian cousins. As if it's not already good enough, ask for a small gundruk (a buck or two more?) to add yet another flavor facet. (Gundruk is a mix of fermented leafy greens and not quite like anything I've ever experienced. But great.) Momos--big dumplings--are specific to Nepali cuisine, at least around here. Bridges' are excellent, but whereas you used to be able to get a single momo with another dish, now you've got to order ten of them. Too bad. The staff at this location is always pleasant and helpful, at least in our experience.

The crab rangoons were delicious and the wontons were so crispy. Their rolls are pretty good, nothing amazing but still taste great. The gyoza is always super good and it comes with a sweet sauce instead of just soy sauce which I love. They were hot and perfectly cooked. Lastly I had the poke bowl. I usually get the same thing, salmon with cucumbers and carrots or onions. I always get it cold with white rice and some variations of sauces. It is a very big portion which I always save for the next day. I did find the young lady working the orders to be unfriendly and unhelpful and could not muster a smile when spoken to or smiled at. Like having a paying job was ruining her day. I tried in vain to find out from her what the toppings were because I couldn't see them well. They weren't full - maybe from a dinner rush - and I couldn't see what was in most containers. Because of that I only ended up putting two toppings on my rice and salmon. I gave up. My husband ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll and I ordered a bowl with Grilled Salmon. We also ordered the Crab Rangoon appetizer. My husband said the Spicy Tuna Roll was pretty good. Not great quality, of course, but better than grocery store sushi. My salmon was dry and overcooked but had good flavor. The Crab Rangoon was fried properly and tasted good. We didn't detect much crab flavor or see anything other than cream cheese inside. Overall - the food is ok and the service isn't.
