So I wanted to go to Taziki's in Kenwood and my Mr. mentioned there is one located near our home. Didn't know that. Of course I was game. I like trying newer locations and comparing. I've been to Taziki's one too many times and they never disappoint. This location looks bigger, clean and open. The outside has an outdoor patio with two fire pits. They added some new items on the menu since I've last (last went was in the fall) visited. That's great! More to choose from! But of course we didn't try anything new just went for our usual because we love it so much. Knotty Vine Pinot noir Fat Tire Amber ale Grilled lamb feast w/ Greek salad and basamati rice Grilled salmon feast w/ Greek salad and roasted red potatoes Same drill. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and pick a table. We got our meals in less than 15 minutes. Verdict?! Perfecto! My grilled salmon was on point, the rosemary potatoes had great flavor with a hint of citrus and salad was fresh. My Mr killed his meal. The baklava we had to take home because we were so full. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be coming to this location from now on. Glad my Mr. recommended it.

I am going to start by saying this is probably 3.5 stars as the food was pretty good. Their downfall was the cleanliness of the place, lots of dirty tables and they were not that busy, lots of bits on the floor. I chose the Build Your Own Feast option, you choose one protein, add a salad, and choose a side. I also opted for white wine. I choose the grilled veggies, the Greek salad, and the roasted red potatoes. You walk up to the counter to order then take your drink and sit down. They bring the meal out when it is ready. The food was pretty and tasty. The veggies and potatoes were grilled well and nothing was underdone. The meal came with a couple of dipping sauces on the side. The Greek salad was on the same plate and it is hard to recognize one from the other but still it was all good. I would have felt better if the place had been cleaner and probably would have bumped the review to 4. I doubt I will be back soon.

Spicy Harissa Chicken Wrap - messy and lots of flavor. Great work their potatoes instead of chips.

Consistently good food and lots of flavor. I have been here several times now. I love to get the special for lunch with their potatoes and fruit. My favorite is the Spicy Harissa Chicken Wrap. So much flavor and messy. For me, messy food is that much better and that definitely applies here! Their Mediterranean Salad is big with lots of ingredients. You may want to get 2 dressings just in case. Listen, I am usually not a fan of balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I don't know what they put in theirs but I love it! I would buy a bottle! Their baklava cheesecake is also good if you're looking for a sweet something. It is not NY style so much lighter but still good.

I've had Taziki's once before in Kenwood and didn't love it but this location has redeemed Taziki's. Great flavor, clean aesthetic, will return! However- customer service could use a bit of attention, I didn't fully understand the parameters around "the feast" and when I asked, the answer was harsh and put me down a bit. Talk about an awkward rest of my meal as I sat inside... 5 stars for the playlist though! Excellent late 90s/2000s music in the background as I got some work done on my laptop.

My lady and I have been to the Taziki's in Kenwood and really enjoyed it, so when I told her about this location in Cherry Grove, she naturally wanted to try it too. Both turned out to be great experiences, and now, we're having a tough time deciding which we like best. Decisions, decisions... Still, we definitely love this place. We stopped by on a Friday evening for dinner. The place was busier than expected but still had a good amount of seating available. This location seems more open than the Kenwood location and also has outside seating. The service is still great and the staff are all very friendly. As for our food, my lady got the grilled salmon feast with roasted red and a Greek salad, and I got the chargrilled lamb with basamati rice and a Greek salad. Of course, since it was Friday, we got some adult libations, in the form of a Knotty Vines pinot noir for her and a pint of Fat Tire for me. We also got two baklava for desert later. We hardly waited 15 minutes for our food, and just like Kenwood, it was very fresh and delicious. It filled us up for sure but we didn't feel stuffed. It was just right and definitely worth the price. Taziki's is quickly becoming one of my favorite places... Well, two, with both of these locations. You really can't go wrong with either one. We'll absolutely be going back again soon.

It is impossible to find quality food and FRESH food, but Taziki's never lets me down! It is cooked fresh , insanely delicious. I have tried close to everything at this point and it is all perfection. The whipped feta w/honey and vegetable as an appetizer is next level!!!

Food: 5/5 Dishes are explained as slightly larger plates than tapas style. My favorites: Wood Grilled Octopus, Crispy Falafel, Bouillabaisse. Love the Moroccan Mint Tea as well! Service: 4.7/5 Very friendly! They course out your plates for you which I always love. They were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet (I.e., meats on the side to give to others at the table). On a less busy night, they offered a free toast for my birthday. I've been for other celebratory dinners here on busier nights where that hasn't happened, so it was a lovely surprise! Ambiance: 4/5 A little busy and can get loud on the weekends with table chatter, cutlery clinks, and the brick walls echoing noise around. Tables are also close together, so you can definitely hear the conversation next to you. The decor is pleasant and the lighting is soft and romantic enough that it is still a perfect date night spot! There are also a couple larger crescent booths for larger parties.

We are in town visiting and we went there for a nice meat meal after several days of dairy on the road. There were 6 of us at the table with 2 children. If I lived in town I would not be going back. They had 1 waitress working the entire place. She was kind enough but all she did was make excuses. We sat down at 6:15 and we did not get our hummus appetizer, which apparently they ran out of soon after, until 7:15. When we arrived there was only 2 tables occupied so it was not bustling. I am not sure how or why it took so long to prepare Hummus but given the ingredients I could have scratch cooked our entire meals in a fraction of that time. Again, when we arrived there were 2 other tables of 2 and maybe 1-2 small orders picked up during out time there. During our visit they had several more groups come in, some served before us, some getting the constant refrain, "we are out of this." It seems like there was 1 chef in the kitchen preparing all the food on their own. It is also highly problematic that they had 2 small children sitting there for an hour with not even a little bread or anything. We had to push the waitress to get the hot dogs out so they would calm down. As for the food, most of it was OK. The ribeye was properly cooked. The braised short rib was tender with a little wine flavor. The kids hot dogs were hot dogs. The chicken schwarma was flavorful. The Israeli salad was what you would expect. The green beans were overcooked, unseasoned and tasted like nothing. The worst and most impressive thing was how they got the mashed potatoes to taste like they came from a powder out of a box. I don't often leave something completely uneaten but they were inedible. How you can serve a $50 steak with such artificial swill is beyond me. I get it, they are the only option. Fail!
