It's always nice to have a healthy option available on Beechmont! I checked out the menu before going in and I was really excited after reading some of the options. The store itself was beautiful and simple, lots of parking available. We were warmly greeted and helped with the process and menu. I got the seasonal Feta salad. It was perfect, sweet strawberry, lots of feta and well-seasoned chicken. But the balsamic dressing was the best! If you are familiar with Sturkey's dressing it was very similar and beyond delicious. One of my coworkers was wanting something on the lighter side for lunch and our boss mentioned here so he decided to stop by here. Fresh and healthy are definitely the name of the game here and it shows in everything they make. They offer different salads, grain bowls, wraps, acai bowls, teas, smoothies, and more all using super fresh ingredients. The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable too. The place itself has a relaxed feel with ample seating. I was eyeballing a few different options when I decided on the Fiesta Bowl (brown rice, roasted chicken, black beans, roasted peppers and onions, napa cabbage, jalapenos, queso fresco, avacado, lime juice, pepitas, roasted tomatilla salsa, and jalapeno lime vinaigrette). We didn't wait long at all and everything was very fresh. Even the jalapenos had a nice crispness and a good spicy kick. I absolutely cleaned my bowl of every last bite. Tried this place twice now, and I have been severely disappointed both times. First time, I ordered online and when I arrived at the expected pickup time I was told they had not started it yet - ended up waiting about 30 minutes for two salads. Decided I would give it another shot - could've just caught them on a bad day? Nope, same ordeal with the second order. Arrived at the "promised" time and had another 15 minute wait. Both times the place was completely empty too. As for the food itself, the salads were enjoyable, but not quite what I would expect given the premium charged for them. The wraps were the most disappointing. Ordered the featured Ranch Club and each bite was almost all avocado! Very little chicken and I found the other add-ins to be incredibly sparse. After trying twice, I can confidently say I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back. Poor service, okay food, and premium prices. read more

The customer service stood out immediately. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff had such positive energy and enthusiasm that it honestly changed the vibe of my whole lunch break. I ordered the Wild West Salad with Lime vinegrette it was delicious. Filling, savory, fresh! The chicken was warm and the ratios of toppings great. Had a Chai Smoothie too. So tasty. I've been dying to try Crisp & Green since it opened in Cincy a few weeks ago. I tried it today and was not disappointed! I had the chai tea smoothie which was delicious and I tried their teas and ended up mixing the cider and butterfly teas....delicious! I don't like sweet drinks or sugar added to my smoothies, and all ingredients were natural and delicious with no added sugar. I will definitely be back. There were only a few customers inside when I placed my order. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked what the issue was, and was told there were many online orders that had come in at the same time I ordered. Mine had not even been started. I told them that it was not a good practice to fill online orders before serving waiting customers and not a good first experience for me. I asked for a refund and all of a sudden my order was ready. The açaí bowl was delicious, but small for $12.00. I will not go back. read more
