I called CET late Monday afternoon and Doss was here at noon on Tuesday. We talked about options and I chose to have all smoke alarms changed out. By 9am Wednesday Pat was here and within a short amount of time I had all alarms replaced! I no longer fear the alarms going off and look forward to getting some sleep tonight! I will definitely use CET for any electrical issue I may have in the future. Great price too! I highly recommend this company!

After ordering it online on March 30 it said it will be here between April 1 and April 4. It now says it is coming April 14 and after speaking with many representatives, including supervisors, not only could it be delayed more, but the warranty started as soon as I ordered it, even though I don't have physical custody of the item. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I drove to the front of the store and asked an exiting customer to go in and ask them to come out. A young man came out and said I had to come in. Now I'm visably handicapped but he said the s ame thing again. I gave him my license and another employee came out and spoke to me in a very condesending manner and clearly saw that I was old and handicapped. Nasty experience and I have to take the product back. A great computer repair shop!…read more Honestly, no one wants to have to visit a computer repair shop. It's the last resort after hours of banging on your keyboard in frustration and praying that one more reboot does the trick, followed by haggling with your manufacturer only to learn your warranty has expired (this is definitely not talking from experience). Yet, I do appreciate that we have a good repair place in town that is there in the hour of need. I scheduled an appointment online (but drop-ins seem to be fine too) and ended up with a faulty harddrive that needed replacing (thanks for nothing Microsoft Updates!). A couple days later and everything was good as new, but my wallet sadly a little lighter. I would definitely recommend Computer Repair Doctor, but still hope that I never have to visit again under similar circumstances!
