She explained what the reason was in detail and they had to have two people try it before she was believed. It they knew their product, they would have easily been able to see why it didn't work as described. Also, do not make purchases online from Locally. If you try to return your purchase, it's not allowed without the physical card. This is dumb seeing the physical card was not required to make the purchase online and they had all the information to credit the original card. Get with it Locally!

When I called I fully expected to be told that they were busy and to bring it in a week or so like I heard when I called some bike shops in Amherst. I was surprised to hear the words "bring it right in and we'll look at it in a few days." I took the short ride to Batavia to drop the bike off and when I entered the shop they seemed to know I was coming and what the problem was. When I rolled the bike in I was stunned when I was asked if I had time to hang out in Batavia as they might be able to look at it and make the repair immediately and save me a trip back to pick it up. Of course I agreed to stay in the neighborhood and when I returned to the store 45 minutes later the bike was repaired beyond my satisfaction and the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. It's official I have found my new bike repair shop thanks to the great service I received today.

Black Bart, red ryder BB guns, play-dough fun factories and all kinds of board games. It's fun just browsing around. (quite the authority on comic books too) On the bicycle end of things, they have the bits and parts that most any cyclist could need. Bicycles of all shapes and sizes. Tires hanging from the ceiling, in a classic bike shop atmosphere. Repaired and adjusted bikes crowed around the side door. The adjustment only took a few minutes as my friend and Mike commiserated while fine tuning the wheels. (he really knew what he was doing) February being a slow month in the shop, still had its share of adjusted and repaired ready to go. A good time to get in for a tune-up. Fast personalized service.

To bring you up go speed I had recently purchased a pair of Bauer vapor ice skates and after wearing them a dozen times I still experienced foot pain caused by my flat and collapsed arches. The place I had purchased them couldn't get rid of those "Hot Spots ". So a teammate recommended The owner Greg and he was able to heat and push out these areas of the skate boots. Now from this new custom fit I have total relief from the pain in both skates. Awesome! So now these skates are the best fit skates I ever had. KUDOS

I've really been pushing to buy everything locally instead of on Amazon, at Walmart, etc. I called…read morethe other day inquiring about getting some additional straps to secure my bikes to my trunk mount rack - the person on the phone advised "Well your rack should have straps on it" and he argued with me a little bit about how I wanted some extras to keep it safe, and he advised "well we don't sell bungie cords", which is not what I was looking for. Thule sells extra bike straps on their website- these things exist. Then I asked if they had covers for it to keep the bikes from getting dirty when you drive with them on the rack. His reply: "That's the price you pay for carrying your bikes on the back of the car." Extra straps and covers exist, so I'm not sure why the attitude was necessary. Needless to say I'm not going to shop there going forward- I don't appreciate being spoken down to.
