Originally at the bar I filled a physical order space out and after they created the website i made one there as well. So not only are we all waiting for our codex preorders still, but one of the employees of their maple road store accidentally let it spill that he was able to pick up one for himself from Lockport. When I came to pick mine up the day they came in I was told about the surprise list order and to come back Sunday, so Sunday when I came in to get the only thing I ordered, I was met with "we can't find the last one we got sent idk where it is!!" I know where it is, your employees purchased it before your actual customers who preordered it. This whole situation has killed this store for me and its so sad that they don't care enough about there customers to get their shit together.... Man, there's so many different types to choose from: Thorlo, Smartwool, Woolrich, Wigwam.... Crew cut, ankle, hiker, worker, athletic.... Wool, polyester, acrylic, polypropylene... The list goes on and on. They have a wide selection and they update their social media frequently with new items. If they don't have something, they can either get it or tell you where you can find it. The one time we had a problem with an item, they immediately made it right with a smile and without any hesitation. We try to visit at least twice a month. They also sell tools, have a clothing and shoe department where they sell things like jean's, work clothes, work boots, etc. They carry animal food & supplies for cats, dogs, birds, horses, poultry and a variety of livestock. At certain times of the year they fence off the center of the store and fill it with baby chicks. The rest of the store is full of farm supplies, garden & yard supplies and cleaning supplies. They also sell small, large and extra large yard and farm equipment. Today's visit was to pickup a 50 pound bag of bird seed because birds and squirrels are oblivious to the meaning of COVID-19 Quarantine. All they know is they need to eat, eat, eat. I ordered and paid online, called when I got there, they brought it out and loaded into the back of my car. Really simple process. Looking forward to the day when I can wander the store and buy things I never knew I wanted.
