I brought my 9 year old daughter into the store today with an old hand-me-down girls Schwinn mountain bike. I was looking for an honest opinion on whether we could bring the bike back to life and if it would be cost effective to do so. Honestly, the bike needed quite a bit of work, but the guys could tell that my daughter really wanted to ride this bike. Eric stepped in and said: "I'll tell ya what, let's put a couple of new tubes in there and I'll do a quick tune up to get it running. Let her ride the bike for a bit and if she likes it - bring it back in for some new tires and a full tune up!" They only charged me for the new tubes and my beautiful daughter was over the moon with her new ride! The look in her eyes was priceless! Aeric and John brought back to life my beloved Raleigh Bicycle after being badly mangled by movers when it was placed in storage for 2 weeks while I waited to move into a new place. John immediately figured out how to straighten out the handlebars, assessed the tires, tested the gears and fixed the seat which was in the worse shape. These guys are really good. Professional, personable straight shooters. I called to see if I could get some quick repairs and a tune up. John answered the phone and invited me in to take a look at the bike. After a thorough inspection, we agreed on a price (very reasonable) and then came the surprise - they would work to get everything done in one or two days! Sure enough, John called the next day to say they would be done at 4 PM. It was and my bike was perfect again. PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT. Great experience, highly recommended. I got my new bike today at Bicycle World on Indiantown Rd in Jupiter. I had some specfic ideas on what would qualify as the perfect bike for me. I have some back issues etc and Kyle was very successful in finding exactly what I needed. It's like I had a custom bike built according to my specifications without having to pay a gazillion dollars. Eric was very helpful with the finishing touches and showed me how to take the front tire off to get it in my car. They also offer the first tune up for free. I noticed my bike, a Standard with solid rubber tires was slowing me down. I went to the store on Indiantown and met with Aeric and Andrew. They both told me that they'd love to sell me a new bike but that I should change the tires to inflatable. $80 for new tires did the trick. I picked up 3-4 mph. They take the time to explain and give personalized advice. Great shop.I`ve since bought air pumps and bike racks and a split bike seat from them.Pleased with all. read more

My son's bike tire wouldn't inflate so I brought it to this store thinking I had to buy another one. Erik took out the part inside fixed and told me it was was that the air from the pump was not going in so adjusted it so it was inflated. He was honest to fix and did not to rip me off by telling me I needed to buy anything. He didn't even charge me for it. It's wonderful to know they have honest people and nice people working here. We went into this shop looking for Townies & after trying out different models decided on 2 Birias. We were fortunate to be waited on by Dane who was patient & well versed on the different models. One was in stock & the other one had to be ordered with a 10 day wait-time. We haven't heard from them but today is Day 10 so we're getting excited. I brought my boys bike into Bicycle World to get his brakes fixed. I was planning on leaving it but they got right on it and repaired it right away. My boy picked out some new grips and I was planning on taking them home and put them on. John saw them and immediately took them and put them on. Aeric and John were great.
