This is for their San Diego branch. Good service, but not great, hence the three stars. To be somewhat fair, I called the morning of the excursion, about 3 hours in advance. My main reason for calling this company was because of the drop/pick up service they offered for their paddleboard rentals. They advertise "Anywhere you want to paddle, We'll bring the boards. Even to your home!" copied directly from their website. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case when I called. I first asked if we could get them dropped off at Fiesta Island. "No, that's a bad idea" they tell me. They recommend Fanuel Park, which I later come to realize is where they are located. My group (who have their own boards) wanted to drop in at Crown Point. I text Hui Hui back an ask if we can do Crown Point instead, which is about 5 minutes away from Fanuel. They just text back "Can you do Fanuel?"... Since I already paid the deposit and didn't feel like arguing with someone about their supposed drop off/pickup service, I said whatever, I'll pick them up myself and take them over to crown point myself. Hoping to get a " Oh no, we take the boards to where you want to paddle", instead I got a "Works for us!" Yeah of course it does. We get there and stuff two boards in the back of our car with the trunk still open and the boards barely strapped in, we made our way to crown point and had a great day. The dude seemed chill, and I was hesitant on writing a review, but since he asked me to, here you go. Lastly, their pricing is all over the place. Their website says $40 for 4 hours in one place, $45 in another place, and then dude charges me $55 for four hours when I call in. I didn't argue that either, I was just trying to paddle board man. We rented two paddleboards for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. paid in advance went to both suggested drop off areas but no one was there! I called several times and no one answered the phone. Finally, on my fifth call, someone answered the phone and said they sent a text message stating they needed to push us back to 11:00. However, it was 11:00 a.m and they had no available paddleboards. The owner said, "I can't just call people to come back in with the paddleboards". How about just not overbooking in the first place? Anyway, our money was refunded and Hui Hui suggested we use "JUPITER KITEBOARDING". Jupiter Kiteboarding was accommodating and rented us four paddleboards for the same price of $49.99 each for the entire day but there was a $20.00 delivery charge. This was a total inconvenience and waste of our time. read more

The boards were in terrible condition, by far the worst quality I have ever rented. Owner was rude when we asked for basic instruction for the two in our group who had never paddle boarded. read more

Good news: Nicest people; they deliver the boards paddles and vests to the site and bring them to the water. Pick up is easy as well. Bad News: Equipment...not so nice. Super outdated boards. Each one was a wreck. (we rented 6). Paddles are old and some of them not even for SUP. All were not adjustable. Just bad. Find another rental shop. Good equipment makes for a much more rewarding experience. read more

Excellent price for four hours, and their standard drop off for board delivery was a perfect location. Friendly staff, gave us great pointers for our first time out. Be sure to go in the morning, as the wind picks up around 11, which makes for much harder work. Couldn't be happier! read more

Great place to rent a Paddle Board on a nice day in Jupiter. Hui Hui also had the best price for 4 hours. I was very happy with the service and location suggested by the staff. Visited Jupiter on vacation and took my friends paddle boarding near the lighthouse. The boards were ready to go when we arrived and after a few hours on the water, they picked up the boards quickly after giving them a call. Great price and product! Will use again next time I'm in Jupiter. read more

Terrific choice. . Met Steve at the intercoastal on the Jupiter island side. it was a great launching point. put the boards in the water and took off. around to the Jup inlet, explored some mangroves inlets n climbed the hill by the lighthouse. saw dolphins n large turtles. hui hui is a terrific co. friendly helpful people n great service. will b back read more

My children and I took my husband for Father's Day. It was his first time on a paddle board and he was a bit skeptical. My husband enjoyed himself so much that he wanted to go again one week later. He thought it was great to have the boards delivered and not have to try to fit 5 of them on a car. There was no fuss involved. The boards were dropped off and picked up promptly. We loved using Hui Hui for our Paddle boarding day in Jupiter! They made it so easy for us! Dropping the board off to us, right where we were paddle boarding, and then picking it up from us when we were done. If you don't have your own paddle board, this is definitely the Company to call! I have already recommended Hui Hui to my friends who are using them today for 4 board rentals! Great way to get out on the water, and a great way to enjoy Florida with friends and family from out of town . Price was better than other companies I researched, and I did not have to put a board on my car . We will be using Hui Hui again soon! read more
