I am new to mountain biking and recently bought a used Trek Superfly that needed some TLC. I took my bike to Bike Boutique by Villain and they got it running like new and kept me well within my budget. This bike shop is unlike any other shop in the area. At other shops, you feel like just another customer, especially for someone new to the sport, it can feel intimidating walking into a pro shop. That's not the case here. The shop has a comfortable set up. They even have a couch and TV where you can build and customize a new bike or just hang out and watch some cool bike videos! Their service is top notch! Their knowledge about bikes is unparalleled! The Bike Boutique staff has gone above and beyond in helping me with my bike; even showing me how to change flat tires, how to check the gears, and always being courteous with their customers! I purchased an older Trek to get around South Florida and they have been open to teaching/explaining to me how to fix certain items and what causes these things to happen. This bike shop is great! They have a very nice environment and a lounge area where they give you one on one attention. They carry cruiser, mountain, gravel, urban and even E-bikes (electric). The people working there are very friendly and if they don't have it in stock they can get just about anything you need. I definitely will be back there to bring my bike in for a tune up and pick up some of the cute accessories they had like the bells and baskets for my cruiser bike. read more

Joe is the BEST! I had get my bicycle fixed urgently before vacation. He got it done and did an amazing job. The customer service is top-notch and the bicycle shop is super nice.
