I don't know much about MTB (matter fact I don't know if saying "MTB" is a thing), but since this pandemic happened, I've been looking for ways to get a workout in (I am more of a gym person). Went here looking for an entry level bike, and was helped by knowledgeable and polite personnel... they didn't try to up-sell me and showed me bikes that were perfect for my needs and budget. Visited Bike Boutique by Electra for a service repair on a jog stroller. From the "get-go", I had called them twice on off-hour and both of my calls were returned as soon as the store opened for business. I needed the jog stroller tires to be changed. I had the spares. Jeff changed the tires very quickly and did not want to charge for the service. I had to insist. These days it's hard to find a business that is willing to go "above and beyond" to get their customer going. Jeff was pleasant, eager to serve, explained a couple of quick things to me and solved my problem. I recommend them highly based on the service I received. I went on Yelp to find a bike shop to fix some size specific wheels for my miniature horse cart. Sounds like a challenge right? I have to say that not only did bike boutique by villain answer my inquiry within five minutes of sending it they also did the repair same day while I waited less than 30 minutes and took something old and make it look new again. I'm really impressed plus they have some super cool bikes in that shop I plan to go back soon!! They are located in the inner part of the mall behind Whole Foods not hard to find once you get out of your car !!! read more

Their service is top notch! Their knowledge about bikes is unparalleled! The Bike Boutique staff has gone above and beyond in helping me with my bike; even showing me how to change flat tires, how to check the gears, and always being courteous with their customers! I purchased an older Trek to get around South Florida and they have been open to teaching/explaining to me how to fix certain items and what causes these things to happen. I rented a bike for 10 weeks this summer. The staff was very helpful, especially when I got a flat tire. I wasn't able to get to the store until a few minutes after closing due to my work schedule, so they offered to stay late to change my tire and only charged me for parts. They also picked up my bike for me when I was ready to return it. I am greatful for the kindness and service and for the bike that I was able to ride to the beach and to work. read more
