I love this shop. I bought my Orbed Mountain Bike when they use two be in the Chasewood Plaza . They moved to a much larger space. Reason for the Visit was a Tune and a flat. They Washed Bike and Replaced, Adjusted and repaired My flat rear Tire. Fast and ready as Promised and even though they told me I was might need any parts they would change as needed. All I can say is "wow". Again, WOW! Risers Knly is the best bike shop I've ever dealt with. Great selection, awesome local and sport knowledge. These two points alone would gain my business, but it's the customer service that is truly amazing. Can't say enough good things! Example... bought a used bike and figured it could use a tune up. Staffer rode it, checked it out, and saved me the service. Who does that??? From fitting my wife and I on our bikes to a great selection of accessories to no labor charge for installing those and I have to say I'm hooked! To put a fine point on this, I live less than a mile from a very popular bike shop. I've spent money there. Every time I walk out of the shop I feel like an idiot. Their customer service is just geared towards Hiren bikes and not the average user in my opinion. Not so it Riders Only. Sure, you can save MAYBE five percent buying at Amazon. But why? I love Riders Only! I brought my 1982 Peugeot road bike there to make sure it was safe after hanging unridden for 10 years. Not only did they seem genuinely intrigued and interested to work on it , they didn't gouge me by replacing every little wear item. They only replaced one tire and a few cheap items and adjusted the rear derailleur then declared it ready for 40 more years. The next time I went back they patiently instructed me on how to change the inner tube on the front tire and charged me only for the inner tube and tire changing tools I bought. Top notch! read more

One of the only shops still doing rentals at the time I went to them! Really nice shop, good selection, and nice employees. I rented a Norco Fluid from them for $74 including tax and was considering buying one they had in the shop. My experience on that bike was terrible. The brakes needed to be bled, suspension needed air or a service, and the dropper was super stiff. Had a hard time riding hard and having fun with no brakes. All things that could have been prevented had the shop taken care of the bike. I would have bought the Fluid they had in stock if I had enjoyed the ride, but I hated it for those reasons and didn't buy it. If you rent from them, make sure the bike is squared away before you leave Cause they won't do it for you. read more

I live in upstate New York, visiting my daughter in Jupiter for six months and took my wife's road bike in for a new chain, cassette and big chain ring. I was called back later same day with parts price and availability, didn't expect that, awesome. When I picked up the bike the quoted price was exactly as charged and I was informed that the bike was road tested to ensure it was correct. Best derailleur adjustment ever had on this bike!! They did such a great job I decided to bring my road bike in to get the chain replaced with the same awesome service. I never give five stars and I am beyond picky about my road bikes and the service that they get. From the minute that you walk into the place until when you leave their customer service is five star. read more

I really like this place. my friend Tom Webmaster Activist Publisher lent me his daughters bike from 30 years ago, or something, and the gearshift just didn't really work hardly at all and I took it out and they're willing to clean the bike for about 20 bucks and adjust the cables in the housings for another 20 and hopefully the whole bike will work really well after that. read more

I can't believe how much better my Catrike recumbent bike rides since they worked on it! Apparently the front wheels had been out of alignment ever since I bought it a couple of years ago.
